Agro-ecological efficiency was an important indicator to measure the coordinated development of agricultural economy and resource environment, and was also the entry point for ecological civilization construction.China had a vast territory, regional heterogeneity, resource endowment and economic development were unevenly distributed in space, making heterogeneity research a new perspective.Taking regional heterogeneity as a research perspective, and on the basis of improving the defects of the traditional DEA model to measure the agro-ecological efficiency, the comprehensive index of agricultural carbon emissions and agricultural pollution emissions was used as the undesired output, and the SBM model, the super-efficient DEA model and the common frontier function method were combined to evaluate 2000-In 2016,the agro-ecological efficiency of 31 provinces in China was divided into homogeneity and heterogeneity groups. The static, dynamic and long-term dynamic evolution trends of agro-ecological efficiency were investigated. Two different analyses were analyzed by spatial autocorrelation analysis. The global agro-ecological efficiency and local spatial differences under the frontier distance were used. Finally, the spatial Dubin model was used to analyze the influencing factors of China’s agro-ecological efficiency under regional heterogeneity, and was decomposed into direct effects, indirect effects and total effects. The research showed that China’s agro-ecological efficiency had improved as a whole, showing the "U" pattern of the highest in the east, the lowest in the central region, and the second in the west. However, based on regional heterogeneity, the agro-ecological efficiency of the central, central and western regions of the three regions was Underestimated, and in various provinces and cities, the agro-ecological efficiency of Hubei,Henan,Hunan and other provinces was seriously underestimated. The difference in agro-ecological efficiency was mainly from the region, accounting for 75%from the perspective of homogeneity, and accounting for more than 90%from the perspective of heterogeneity groups. From the dynamic evolution trend of agro-ecological efficiency gap,the height, width, skewness and quantity of agro-ecological efficiency under the two frontier distances showed different characteristics, but the results of Markov transition matrix were basically the same, showing "flow" The characteristics of low sexuality, leaping development and significant agglomeration. There was a significant spatial positive correlation in China’s agro-ecological eff-iciency,but the level of agglomeration was low and had a certain degree of volatility. In the perspective of homogeneity and heterogeneity, there were different distribution characteristics in space, but the number of provinces with "hot spots" and "cold spots" that passed the significance test was decreasing. From the estimation results of the spatial Dubin model, there was a "positive N-type" curve relationship between agro-ecological efficiency and per capita net income of rural residents, indicating that there was an environmental Kuznets curve for environmental pollution and agricultural economic growth. The per capita net income of rural residents, the agricultural disaster rate, the financial support level, the family business income ratio, and the industrialization development level had a significant positive effect on agro-ecological efficiency;the degree of agricultural mechanization and urbanization development had a significant negative impact on agro-ecological efficiency. The effect of the agricultural human capital did not pass the significance test. From the perspective of spatial spillover effect, the direct effect, indirect effect and total effect were basically consistent with the spatial Dolby model estimation results, but the direct effect of agricultural mechanization and urbanization development level on the agro-ecological efficiency of the region was positive, for the adjacent regions. The spatial spillover effect of agro-ecological efficiency was significantly negative.Adjusting agricultural subsidy policies and establishing diversified input mechanisms, reducing agricultural input redundancy and non-point source pollution, improving agricultural science and technology innovation and extension systems, and promoting cross-regional cooperation and exchange are policy orientations for improving agricultural eco-efficiency and promoting sustainable agricultural development. |
