Zinc slag and gangue power plant fly ash are the main solid wastes in the zinc smelting industry and coal combustion industry. With the rapid development of China's economy, the output of zinc slag and fly ash has also increased sharply. The accumulation of large amounts of industrial solid waste not only occupies land resources and deteriorates the ecological environment, but also causes serious waste of resources. Therefore, the comprehensive utilization of high value-added comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste such as zinc slag and fly ash power plant ash is imminent. This article uses industrial solid waste zinc slag and fly ash fly ash as raw materials to directly synthesize magnetic Na-P zeolite by one-step hydrothermal method. The effect of hydrothermal reaction conditions on the structure of the products prepared by magnetic Na-P zeolite was studied, and the optimal synthesis conditions were obtained.XRD,SEM,EDS,FT-IR,and VSM were used to characterize the phase composition, micromorphology, and magnetic properties of the zeolite, and the effects of using it as a Fenton-like catalyst to simulate the degradation of printing and dyeing wastewater were investigated.XRD,SEM,EDS,and FT-IR results showed that Na-P zeolite with a uniform spherical shape was successfully synthesized with zinc slag, fly ash, sodium hydroxide, and Ion,crystallizing time of 48 hours is the best condition to synthesize Na-P zeolite. The VSM results show that Na-P magnetic zeolite has very small coercive force(70.02 G)and remanence(0.05 emu/g).The hysteresis loop of the sample is roughly an overlapping "S" type curve.Na-P zeolite has good superparamagnetism.Magnetic Na-P zeolite can be easily separated and recovered under the action of an external magnet. Its saturation magnetization is 3.85 emu/g.The results of magnetic Na-P zeolite as a Fenton-like catalyst for the degradation of direct green B dye show that the synthesized magnetic zeolite catalysts have a catalyst content of 4 g/ L,a hydrogen peroxide addition amount of 8 mmol/L,and a pH of 3.2.2%? Direct green B dye degradation rate was 96.2%.The effects of catalyst dosage, hydrogen peroxide concentration and p H on degradation of direct green B dye were investigated by response surface design.According to regression model analysis, the optimal conditions for the degradation experiment are: the amount of catalyst 4.5 g/L,the amount of hydrogen peroxide 8.58 mmol/L,pH = 3.0,the predicted degradation rate of dark green dye is 99.2%.The experimentally verified degradation rate was 98.4%,the experimental results were close to the predicted values, and the regression model was reliable.
