| The medium and long-term production plan is an important part of the design of the open pit mine,which is used to ensure the efficient use of mineral resources and determine the development of mining enterprises.The traditional extensive production plan often has defects,which may cause problems such as unbalanced resource extraction and low profits of mining enterprises.Therefore,formulating a scientific and reasonable production plan is an important way to realize the orderly production of mines and the effective use of mineral resources.For the reason of wide range of time and space involved in medium and long-term production planning,the corresponding mathematical model has high complexity and a large amount of calculation.Existing preparation methods are usually difficult to meet the needs of mine production management.As the open-pit mining method is widely used in the mining of mineral resources,it is of great significance for the sustainable development of mining enterprises to propose an efficient method for medium and long-term production planning of open pit mines.In order to optimize the medium and long-term production plan of the open pit mine,this paper mainly carried out the research in the following aspects:(1)The related concepts,problem characteristics,optimization theory,planning models and solving methods are systematically combed and analyzed,which provides theoretical basis and processing ideas for solving the medium and long-term production planning optimization problems of open-pit mines under large-scale blocks.(2)According to the principle and purpose of mining,the target requirements and limiting factors of block mining are sorted out.Then,based on the mathematical programming model of production planning in the previous literature,a 0-1 integer programming model with a net present value as the target was established.(3)The huge number of blocks leads to a high complexity and difficulty in solving 0-1 integer programming models.Aiming at the above problems,this paper proposes to use a clustering algorithm to process blocks,and designs an IAHCP algorithm suitable for solving large-scale block clustering.And use KD and P4 HD cases to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the IAHCP algorithm.(4)Aiming at the difficulty of solving the mathematical model of the mining plan,this paper designs an improved ACO algorithm.And use this algorithm to deal with largescale optimization problems such as open-pit mine production planning with priority constraints.Finally,the production planning problem of Newman1 case is used to test the performance of the algorithm.(5)The combination of the IAHCP algorithm and the improved ACO algorithm designed in this paper is used to compile the medium and long-term production plan of the M open-pit mine.The application shows that the method can effectively cope with medium-and long-term production planning of deposits containing a large number of blocks.The research in this paper provides a new solution for the preparation of medium and long-term production plans for open-pit mines with large-scale block,and also lays the foundation for fine-grained management of open-pit mines,which has important practical value for the optimization of open-pit mine production plans. |
