The continuous increase of offshore waste seriously threatens the sustainable development of the ocean.In order to protect the marine environment and change the current situation of increasing offshore waste,it is necessary to study marine waste collection devices.Based on the previous research,this paper designs and studies the key components of the offshore waste collection system,analyzes the kinematics and dynamics performance of the compression device,and conducts a preliminary design and discussion on the control execution module.The modeling is completed through Solidworks software,and the components of the key structure compression device are designed to determine the scheme of the compression device of the offshore waste collection system,so that the collection system has a high collection capacity.Reasonably design structures such as push plates and slide rails to improve the reliability of the device.Through theoretical analysis,the relationship between structural parameters and forces is studied,the relationship between the parameters of the push plate and the cylinder is derived,and the parameter relationship is numerically calculated by MATLAB software.Use Adams software to carry out dynamic simulation analysis on the model,and verify the stability of the push plate in the working process by compressing the displacement curve of the push plate displacement,velocity,acceleration.Comparing the displacement with the simulation results,the value of ?S is 828 mm,the result is consistent with the value of 846 mm of the programming calculation result,the relative error is 2.1%,and the rationality of the analysis is verified,the ANSYS Workbench software is used to perform finite element simulation analysis on each component of the compression device To obtain the force cloud map of the push plate and the slide rail and the natural frequency and vibration mode of the cabin,use the Fatigue tool to complete the fatigue life analysis of the compression device and obtain the fatigue life results of the push plate.According to the system requirements,design and research the control execution module of the offshore waste collection system,design the electrical structure of the system,complete the programming of the compression and unloading process,verify the accuracy of the ladder diagram through the simulation auxiliary software to meet the system The design principle improves the operability and automation of the system and realizes the requirements of intelligence.
