As a new building material,polymer pervious concrete can make up for the poor mechanical properties and durability of pervious concrete.At present,there are many ways of forming and curing pervious concrete.However,the effect of different molding and curing methods on the properties of polymer permeable cement concrete is seldom studied.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the influences of different forming methods(vibration forming,compaction forming,manual insert and pound forming),curing methods(soaking curing,natural curing)and other factors on the mechanical properties,water permeability and frost resistance of polymer pervious cement concrete.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.Analyze and study the mechanical properties of specimens made by different molding methods.Vibration forming and compaction forming have different effects on the compressive properties of specimens.With the increase of the variables of the two forming methods(vibration time and compaction times),the compressive strength will increase in the early stage,but with the increase of variables,the strength of the specimen made of vibration forming method will increase gently,while the compaction will reduce the strength of the specimen.In this experiment,the strength performance is better in 20 s vibration forming and 15 compaction forming.2.Analyze and study the permeability coefficient and porosity of the specimens made by different molding methods.The influence of vibration molding and compaction molding on the permeability and porosity of specimens is similar.With the increase of vibration time or the increase of compaction times,both the permeability coefficient and porosity show a downward trend.However,under various factors of this test,the permeability coefficient meets the requirement of higher than 0.5mm/s.3.Analyze and study the compressive strength and permeability coefficient of specimens cured by different curing methods.Under different water-cement ratios,the strength of the specimens obtained by natural curing was higher than that by soaking curing,and the permeability coefficient of the specimens obtained by natural curing was lower than that by soaking curing in 85% of groups.4.Analyze and study the frost resistance of specimens with different water-cement ratios.In the process of manual inserting,tamping and curing,the samples made by three groups of water-cement ratio can reach 150 freeze-thaw cycles.5.The influence of different molding methods on the strength and permeability of polymer pervious cement concrete under the natural curing factor was analyzed,and the regression equation of different molding methods with compressive strength and permeability coefficient was obtained.
