Permeable concrete is the key material of "sponge city" construction,but its mechanical properties and water permeability is difficult to coordinate has been restricted to the application of such materials key issues.In this paper,polymer-impregnated concrete(PMPC)has the advantages of high mechanical strength,good water permeability and improved service life of pavement as an eco-friendly "sponge" by adding polymer.The effects of material composition factors such as aggregate gradation,polymer cement mortar and gel filling index on the mechanical properties and water permeability of polymer modified pervious concrete(PMCC)were studied systematically.The design method of PMCC mix ratio and the design method Effective method for evaluating the workability of permeable concrete,and studying the PMCC road performance of bending toughness,sound absorption noise reduction,frost resistance and abrasion resistance.Firstly,the influencing factors of the performance of the permeable concrete are analyzed,and the structure model of the PMPC is established according to the structure and composition of the material.Through the establishment of the model of permeable concrete structure,the main factors influencing the mechanical properties and the permeability of the permeable concrete are clarified.The key parameters of the design of the permeable concrete are the aggregate gradation,the rheological properties and bonding of the polymer cement mortar Strength and the filling coefficient of the mortar.Based on the structural model,the aggregate gradation of PMPC,the composition and properties of polymer cement,and the optimization of slurry ratio were carried out.The relationship between the parameters such as rheology and bond strength of the aggregate gradation,polymer cement mortar and the mechanical properties of PMPC and the permeability of the PMPC were discussed,and the key parameters of the PMPC composition design were selected.The range of the slurry is 135 ± 5mm,the viscosity of the slurry(the flow time of the slurry)T130 is 45 ± 5s,the adhesive strength of the mortar and the mechanical properties of PMPC show a linear increase trend,and the slurry is wrapped on the aggregate With a thickness of 0.5-0.8mm,the slurry off rate of 2.5-3.0%.In addition,the influence of the mass ratio on the mechanical and water permeability of the permeable concrete was studied by selecting the filling index Dp.The PMPC material composition design method and the reasonable range of control are put forward: the filling index Dp is about 0.9.Also established a PMPC workability method that can reflect the actual construction situation,quantitative and qualitative combination.The paper puts forward the design method of material composition,such as fluidity,viscosity and bond strength of the polymer mortar,the mortar filling index as the key parameters,and the optimization of the mechanical properties and the permeability of the PMPC.Good PMPC material composition.Finally,by adjusting the basic material composition parameters,comparing the blank plain water permeable concrete,the system research PMPC road performance such as bending toughness,sound absorption noise reduction function,frost resistance,wear resistance,etc.,reveal the PMPC road Performance advantage.
