| Graphene is a new type of two-dimensional carbon nanomaterial, which has many advantages such as good electrochemical stability and large specific surface area.It has gradually received widespread attention in the field of treating organic wastewater by electrochemical oxidation.Doping other functional materials can give graphene materials more excellent performance, which is of great significance for improving its ability to remove pollutants in water. In this paper, the self-made graphene group related materials and their composites with activated carbon are used as raw materials, the prepared composite electrodes are used as the anode to treat the organic dyes by electrochemical oxidation.Investigating the performance of the electrode under optimal conditions and discussing the mechanism. The main work of this dissertation including the following aspects:(1)GO was prepared by the improved Hummers method, and GR and RGO were reduced by reduction with hydrazine hydrate and sodium borohydride reducing agent, respectively. There after, the prepared GO was doped with AC in different proportions and reduced with sodium borohydride to prepare RGO/AC composite material.Coating the GR,GO,RGO,RGO/AC materials uniformly in the surface of the titanium(Ti)pole piece to obtain a dense and uniform composite electrode,Choosing X-ray diffraction(XRD),infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),cyclic voltammetry(CV),alternating current impedance(EIS)and constant current charge and discharge(GCD)methods to analysis its characterization. The results show that GR,GO,RGO and RGO/AC materials and their composite electrodes were successfully synthesized.(2)The experiments of electrochemical treatment of methylene blue(MB)and methyl orange(MO)were carried out with GR/Ti,GO/Ti and RGO/Ti electrodes.Among them, the GR/Ti,GO/Ti and RGO/Ti electrodes are used as anodes, and the graphite sheet is used as cathode, respectively. The results show that the removal rate of MB and MO by RGO/Ti anode is higher than those of GR/Ti and GO/Ti anode. When the electrolyte concentration is 0.15 mol/L,the pole distance is 15 mm,the current is 100 mA,and the pH is 8,the removal effect of MB is the best;the removal effect of MO is the best when the pH is 6,the other conditions are the same with MB,(3)The experiment of electrochemical treatment of MB and MO were carried out with RGO/AC/Ti electrode with different AC proportions.Among them, the RGO/AC/Ti electrode is used as anode, and the graphite sheet is used as cathode, respectively. The results show that the removal rate of MB and MO by RGO/AC/Ti anodes with different AC proportions is higher than those of RGO/Ti anodes, and the removal rate is highest when adding 30%AC.At this time, the removal rate of MB increased from 66.03%to 77.56%,the removal rate of MO increased from 70.26%to 82.94%. |
