Acrylic fiber is one of the important raw materials in the textile industry,it has a large amount of use.A large amount of acrylic fiber wastewater is produced in the process of acrylic fiber production.It is characterized by high concentration of pollutants in wastewater,containing a variety of nonylphenol polymer,poor biodegradability,and conventional methods are difficult to discharge.In this paper,the regeneration process and effect of activated carbon in the process of treating acrylonitrile wastewater with A/O process and biological activated carbon aeration are studied.The main results are as follows:When the oxidation temperature is 220.0 degrees,the inlet air flow rate is 550 Nm~3/h,and the carbon sludge residence time is 1.0h,the system can maintain the self heating reaction condition.It doesn't need to increase additional steam volume,save energy and reduce operation cost.When the dosage is 4.0g/L and the reaction time is 4.0h,pH is under7.5 conditions.The COD removal rate of regenerated activated carbon was 56.8%,the regenerated activated carbon obtained by wet oxidation can maintain a high adsorption performance for a certain time.With the prolongation of the reaction time,the adsorption performance decreased.The water quality index of the effluent can not meet the emission standard of the petroleum chemical industry GB31571-2015.The regenerated activated carbon obtained by the combined treatment of wet oxidation and three dimensional electrode oxidation has obviously improved its adsorption performance.The optimal control parameters are reaction voltage 5.0V,pH value 8.0,reaction time 6.0h,vermiculite proportions 1:1.After combined treatment,the adsorption efficiency of regenerated activated carbon reached 75.3%.And it meet the actual regeneration requirements of the production site(The removal rate of COD is greater than 70%);The regenerated activated carbon obtained by the combined treatment of wet oxidation and electric Fenton has improved the adsorption performance of the activated carbon.The optimum control parameter is the reaction time 6h,the mole ratio of hydrogen peroxide and ferrous ion is 1:20,the reaction temperature is 25.0,and the pH value is 3.0,Reaction voltage is 6.0V.After combined treatment,when the dosage is 4.0g/L,reaction time is 4.0h,pH is 7.5,the adsorption efficiency of regeneration activated carbon reaches 80.2%,which achieves the actual regeneration requirement of the production site(The removal rate of COD is greater than 70%).
