The main function of the coal mine underground drainage monitoring system is to discharge the stagnant water in the coal mine in time,avoid serious seepage accidents,and ensure the life safety of underground personnel and the safety of equipment and property.Aiming at the problems existing in some coal mine drainage systems,such as low degree of automation,the weak computing power of processors,and frequent faults,this paper constructs a master-slave mine drainage monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on the digital signal processor(DSP).According to the actual monitoring environment of the mine,the selection of the required characteristic sensor is completed,the working principle and installation position of the sensor is introduced,the hardware circuit design and software program design of the DSP system are completed,and the hardware anti-interference measures are introduced.Because of the strong randomness of mine water gushing and the nonlinear change of water level of the water tank,this paper constructs a single neuron fuzzy PID algorithm to control the water level of the water tank and compares it with the conventional PID algorithm through simulation software to verify the feasibility of the algorithm.Aiming at all kinds of fault problems that often occur in the operation of drainage equipment,this paper constructs a fault diagnosis system based on the improved D-S evidence theory.The fault diagnosis system obtains the fault information of the drainage system by measuring sensors,calculates the basic probability assignment of each fault by using the membership function,and obtains the final fault diagnosis result by the way of information fusion,which can accurately diagnose the abnormal condition in the operation process of the drainage system.According to the specific functions of the drainage monitoring and fault diagnosis system,this paper completes the design of the main program and each function module subroutine of the DSP system in the CCS6.0 integrated development environment and completes the design of the upper computer monitoring interface on the VC++2010 software development platform.The monitoring interface includes many functions,such as collecting signal display,fault diagnosis result display,and historical data query.Finally,an experimental platform is built to verify the feasibility of the drainage monitoring and fault diagnosis system.
