Landfill leachate is a kind of high-concentration wastewater produced in the process of garbage stacking and treatment.The composition of landfill leachate is complicated because of the variety of garbage.Therefore,landfill leachate should be treated separately.Traditional landfill leachate treatment has high cost,low efficiency and the effluent quality can’t meet the current industrial discharge standards.Based on this,according to the actual situation of a county’s landfill plant,By using a coagulation reaction precipitation +A/O denitrification system + secondary OCRO(Open Channel Reverse Osmosis)system,The garbage leachate automatic control system based on single neuron adaptive PSD predictive control algorithm is used to realize the automatic operation and detection of leachate treatment.On the basis of fully understanding the technological process and system structure of the landfill leachate treatment plant,this paper analyzes the landfill leachate treatment process and grasps the control requirements and difficulties of the whole treatment process.The control system based on single-neuron adaptive PSD predictive control algorithm realized accurate control over the controlled OCRO inlet pressure.Firstly,the field data are collected according to the identified process model,the identification model of the collected field debugging data was established by using recursive factor least square method,establish a feedback compensation controller,using Simulink toolbox in MATLAB software simulation,get the transfer function of controlled object.In the design process of the algorithm,the improved many times.Firstly,based on the conventional PID control algorithm and neural network,a single neuron PID intelligent control algorithm is designed.Through MATLAB simulation,the results show that the controller based on single neuron PID control algorithm has a slight overshoot and poor adaptive ability.And then combining the single neuron PID and Smith controller,appeared in the process of single neuron PID control to eliminate the lag and improve the adaptive ability of the controller.Through MATLAB simulation,the results show that when the mathematical model is not accurate,the single neuron predictive controller will have a large shock,and when the K value in the algorithm can realize adaptive adjustment,the system’s shock will be eliminated.Finally,the gain self-tuning law in the PSD control algorithm is used to realize the k-value adaptive adjustment,namely the single-neuron adaptive PSD predictive control algorithm.The simulation results obtained by single neuron PID control algorithm,single neuron predictive control algorithm and single neuron adaptive PSD predictive control algorithm are analyzed.The results show that the single neuron adaptive PSD predictive control scheme has better nominal performance and robustness.Finally,the hardware system of the leachate treatment control system,the network structure of the automatic control system and the development of the host computer monitoring software are described.The designed single neuron adaptive PSD algorithm is programmed in the PLC and the function blocks are packaged to realize the programming of the single neuron adaptive PSD control algorithm in the PLC,and the historical data can be viewed through the upper computer to analyze the control effect.
