Internal control is an inevitable product of modern enterprise management.It runs through the whole process of enterprise management and development,and has become a necessary means and way of modern enterprise management.More and more modern enterprises apply internal control to increasingly fierce market competition,enterprise risk management and other aspects.In addition,internal control is also an important guarantee to achieve the strategic management objectives and prevent enterprise risk management.Therefore,as the largest oil and gas field company in China,CQ Oilfield Company,facing the increasingly fierce market competition,is very necessary to strengthen the construction of its enterprise internal control system.It is true that CQ Oilfield Company has built a relatively complete enterprise internal control system,but there are still many problems to be improved.First of all,from the development of internal control system at home and abroad as the starting point of this paper,this paper expounds the theory of internal control standard system and the related basic theory of internal control in China's enterprises,takes the way of field visit and questionnaire to understand and describe the internal control status of CQ Oilfield Company,and uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze CQ oil There are some problems in the internal control system of CQ Oilfield company,such as the unreasonable organizational structure and governance environment,the human resource system does not meet the requirements of modem enterprise management,and the risk prevention and control system is not perfect.Guided by the problems and combined with the actual situation of CQ Oilfield Company,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the optimization of internal control system of CQ Oilfield Company,such as improving organizational structure,human resource system,strengthening cultural construction,building brand effect and strengthening risk management system,and provides safeguard measures for further optimization of the system.In this paper,the related research of CQ Oilfield Company can not only be used as the guidance of the actual operation of CQ Oilfield Company,to achieve its corporate strategic objectives,but also as a reference and guidance for the internal control management of other oilfield companies.We will improve the operating efficiency of state-owned enterprises,ensure the value-added value of state-owned assets,and ensure the prosperity of the country.
