Development Of Pneumatic Automatic Crab-apple Processing Device

The automatic crab-apple processing device is used to pretreat the crab-apple more efficiently and accurately,which has a beneficial effect on the subsequent deep-processing of the crab-apple,and improves the quality and sale price of the finished fruit-product.Its promotion and application have positive social effects in some poor areas.In some areas,such as the Horqin Right Front Banner area,crab-apple was mainly processed by hand or by using some semi-automatic equipment for the simple processing.These processing methods were difficult to accurately perform the nuclear removal and division.At the same time,the existing processing methods are inefficient and have certain health hazards.Crab-apple's treating processes can be divided into two major stages: stone removal and sectioning.In order to improve the degree of approval,the visual recognition and positioning system was used at this stage.In order to improve the efficiency of enucleation and slicing,the PLC control segmentation platform was used;In addition,all power equipment was more safe because clean pneumatic equipment was use to improve the safety of food.Pallet positioning for the fruit was made up of the most reliable chain drive system.The main research contents are as follows:1.According to the process requirements of seed removal and slicing,the operation flow of seed removal slicer was determined as pressing plate,seed removal,core pushing,fruit punching and slicing,and the overall scheme of seed removal slicer was designed.2.The design and check of the mechanical structure of the whole set of equipment were complete,and we carried out the finite element analysis of the important parts.The components of pneumatic transmission were studied,and the pneumatic system of sand fruit core-removingslicer was designed.The components of the control system were also studied,and Siemens S7 200 Smart was used as the CPU to build the control system of the equipment.3.The production of the chip cutter was completed,and the chip cutter was verified according to the actual operation.The automatic crab-apple processing device has a considerable improvement in efficiency over the previous generation of semi-automated equipment.We have confirmed that this system has a significant improvement in processing efficiency,operational safety and food safety compared to existing equipment.The popularization of fully automatic equipment will have a good society and economic effects for the high-yield areas in Inner Mongolia.
