Research On Diagnosis And Optimization Of Security Management Problems In G Logistics Enterprises

Safe work is a major event that affects the life and health of employees and the safety of corporate property,and is a sign of the coordinated and healthy development of an enterprise.At present,the logistics industry is developing rapidly,but risk factors are intertwined,the security situation is complex and serious,accidents are frequent,and the contradiction in safety development is intensified.Based on this background,this paper draws on mature modern security management theories at home and abroad to study the overall optimization of the security assurance system that is suitable for G logistics companies,to promote a qualitative improvement of their security management level,and at the same time for other logistics companies in the security assurance system.Provide references for building optimization.This thesis focuses on analyzing the current status of domestic safety management research,focusing on the current status of safety management research in the logistics industry.Through document review,survey analysis,and other methods,it analyzes the current status of safety management in G logistics companies,sorts out the main problems,and further Analyze the root cause,put forward the principle of PDCA dynamic cycle,build a security system framework based on eight core elements,and highlight the implementation points and safeguard measures of the optimized design scheme.The research in this thesis draws the following main conclusions:(1)Based on the investigation and analysis of the problems of G logistics enterprises,G logistics enterprises do not have a prominent focus on safety management,lack of systematicness,and decentralized systems under construction have no focus.To change this situation,they must be based on systematic thinking.,Determine the focus of safety management,and sort out the ideas for optimizing the safety guarantee system suitable for the actual enterprise.(2)From the analysis and analysis of the problems,it can be seen that in the safety management process of G enterprises,the methods are simple,the content is not applicable,and the employees are not motivated.To change the current status of G enterprises' safety management,a reasonable and scientific method must be applied.(3)Based on systemic thinking,put forward the principles and objectives of the security system suitable for the actual logistics company G,and construct the implementation steps of the optimized design plan from the aspects of system planning,implementation,improvement,etc.The new implementation plan to a certain extent It solves problems such as lack of focus in the past and insufficient systemicity.
