China has a vast area and a wide coverage of power grid.Every year,natural disasters occur frequently,especially meteorological disasters,which cause certain losses to the national economy.For the power supply,the change of weather has a great impact on the quality of power supply,and the risk of large-scale power outage always exists.The power system has a lot of related equipment,including complex information,including the parameters of various equipment information,as well as various grid graphics information,which also makes the emergency management of power grid more complex.How to improve the ability of disaster prevention,protect the safety of people's lives and property,and reduce the losses caused by emergencies is an urgent problem in front of us.Therefore,the research and construction of power grid emergency decision-making system is an important means to effectively strengthen the emergency management of power grid enterprises and effectively improve the emergency capacity of power grid enterprises.In this paper,the role of meteorological information in emergency decision-making of power grid disaster prevention is fully considered.In addition,Arc GIS has strong geographic analysis ability,information query ability,spatial positioning ability and strong image processing,which can provide data support for decision-making.According to the idea of natural disaster risk assessment,the characteristics and mechanism of natural disasters are analyzed and studied on the basis of Arc GIS According to its characteristics,the natural disaster early warning module is designed.To realize the disaster prediction,assessment and emergency decision-making based on data.This paper mainly summarizes the development trend through the study of the related literature at home and abroad.According to the analysis of functional requirements,it is determined that Arc GIS secondary development component is adopted in this system.The auxiliary management system of this system adopts C / S framework and C ?,which is used for system programming.SQL Server 2000 is used as the database of the system to realize the module design of grid data import,query,space analysis,current network analysis and planning management.In order to realize the flood disaster,the electric power department can grasp the flooded situation of the substation and other important powersupply places in the first time and make the emergency plan in time.Based on the powerful spatial analysis and information management technology of Arc GIS,this paper takes DEM as the model and passive flooded situation as the reference to realize the analysis and calculation of the flooded area;in the aspect of early warning research and scientific decision-making,the system The function of this module is to connect the provincial meteorological information forecast in the GIS platform of the power grid,and to interact with the data of more than 1800 meteorological stations in the database layer by layer.After the analysis and judgment of the system model,the corresponding meteorological parameter thresholds can be set on our platform according to the meteorological data type.When the actual time is filled in and exceeds the set parameter thresholds,the alarm information will be generated.Its main alarm modules include real-time meteorological forecast and early warning of power grid,wide value warning of meteorological elements,refined meteorological forecast image,monitoring analysis forecast and early warning thematic map,which are displayed in the form of cloud chart on the system platform.In addition,in order to shorten the time when the emergency team arrives at the scene,the system has the function of emergency repair path optimization.The intelligent algorithm Dijkstra algorithm is used to build the power emergency repair path selection module.The module fully considers the congestion of the road,and plans scientifically for the use of decision-makers.
