| Fluorescent materials are a class of materials with broad application prospects,which have become hotspots for researchers in various countries.Fluorescent materials have been greatly developed in the fields of fluorescent chemical sensors,optoelectronic materials,tissue engineering,drug delivery,and fluorescent imaging,etc.Compared with small fluorescent molecules,fluorescent polymers showing good mechanical properties,good filmformation,and great mechanical properties,which greatly expand the application of fluorescent polymers in materials science,life science,chemistry and medicine.In recent years,the synthesis of degradable polymer materials with fluorescent characteristics has gradually become a research hotspot.Degradable polymers have the incomparable advantages overother polymer materials.When they are used as implant materials in living body,they can be cleared,absorbed and excreted by the living body after completing the task without leaving foreign bodies in the organism.Therefore,it is of great significance to synthesize degradable fluorescent polymers.In this paper,firstly,natural materials such as castor oil,citric acid and amino acids were used to prepare a biobased degradable fluorescent polyester with intrinsic fluorescence characteristics through a simple,economical and safe two-step condensation reaction.The structure was determined by FTIR and ~1HNMR,and the effects of using different amounts of amino acids on its fluorescence properties,water contact angle,particle size,mechanical properties,degradation properties and cytotoxicity were also explored.Secondly,click chemistry was used to crosslink the synthesized biodegradable fluorescent polyester,and the effect of different content of click groups on the properties of click crosslinked biodegradable fluorescent polyester was also explored.The results show that after being modified by click chemistry,it still has unique fluorescence characteristics,great degradation and mechanical properties.And it has"high efficiency",a small amount of click groups can greatly enhance its mechanical properties.Finally,the prepared biobased degradable fluorescent polyester is used as a fluorescent monomer to be introduced into a waterborne polyurethane system to obtain a degradable fluorescent waterborne polyurethane,which to improve its water solubility and stability in aqueous system.The results show that the synthesized degradable fluorescent waterborne polyurethane has unique fluorescent characteristics,excellent water solubility and stability of aqueous solution system.It also has great mechanical properties and degradation performance. |
