China's economic and social development has brought new opportunities for the development of environmental protection.In the next five years,China's hazardous waste emissions will continue to grow rapidly,and it will increase disposal facilities investment,and the size of the market will be steadily improving.In the 12 th Five-Year Plan of environmental protection,Zan Jiang proposed the construction of hazardous waste disposal center and planned to implement the project during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period.In order to study the feasibility of the hazardous waste disposal center in Zan Jiang,this article expounds the contents of the project research,demonstrates the necessity and conditions basis for the construction of the project.And the analysis includes the construction plan,scale,technology,and also evaluate the investment plan with economic benefit analysis,and the risk that this project is involved.Research results indicate that the project construction in accordance with the provisions of the environmental protection laws and regulations,and the planning of Zan Jiang city environmental,comply with the environmental protection industry development direction.The project is feasible with reach the standard of economic indicators,and the risk is under management.
