| China is short of raw materials for pulp and paper making.With the limitation of imported waste paper,the contradiction of raw materials shortage is more prominent.It is urgent to find alternative plant resources.The waste resources of biomass,such as waste fungus stick and Chinese medicine dregs,contain a lot of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin,which are good raw materials for pulping.The reuse of these waste biomass resources can not only avoid the waste of resources,but also alleviate the pressure of pulping raw materials shortage.In view of the high energy consumption and single applicability of the current pulping equipment,this paper designs a kind of medium consistency conical refiner,which is widely applicable to the pulping and papermaking fiber refining of biomass wastes such as traditional Chinese medicine residue and waste fungus rod,and the hydraulic linkage adjustment of the feed,return and the specific pressure of the pulping,and puts forward a kind of bio mechanical pulping method based on waste fungus rod.The main work of this project is as follows:(1)In this paper,the shortage of pulping raw materials and the status of waste biomass resources,such as waste fungus sticks,are summarized,and the characteristics of different pulping equipment and methods are described;(2)A kind of medium consistency conical refiner was designed based on UG software,which can be widely used in the pulping of biomass waste such as traditional Chinese medicine dregs and waste fungus sticks and the pulp and paper fiber refining;(3)Based on ANSYS software,the static analysis and modal analysis of the core parts of the medium consistency conical refiner are carried out by using the finite element analysis method,and the results show that all the core parts meet the requirements;(4)In this paper,a kind of bio mechanical pulping method based on waste fungus rod is proposed.The waste biomass resources such as waste fungus rod are reused by the medium consistency conical refiner,which can save resources and protect the environment. |
