With the rapid development of science and technology,intelligent manufacturing has become a national development strategy,and digital and information-based methods are needed to improve product production quality.As a leader in the production of kitchen electrical products,Midea needs to manufacture more practical and convenient products to meet the growing consumer needs.Microwave ovens are an important research and development direction of the company's kitchen appliances.A software platform needs to be developed to improve the temperature control accuracy of the microwave oven to meet the heating uniformity and the diversity of food taste.In addition,it is necessary to develop an intelligent microwave oven APP to remotely control the firepower,temperature,heating time and other information of the microwave oven equipment by connecting to the WiFi mode.Therefore,the research of this thesis is critical for practice.This thesis designs and describes the APP development process according to the needs of the smart microwave oven APP construction.According to Midea's needs for the intelligent management of microwave ovens,it is expected to develop APP software and remotely control the operation status of the microwave oven through a network connection.Then analyze the microwave oven APP core business,and describe the user,function execution process,and business data through UML modeling methods such as function use case diagrams and business flowcharts.Analyze the system performance,security,reliability,and compatibility of indicators that can directly affect system operation.This thesis determines that the system design needs to follow the principles of cross-platform operation,data exchange,and economics.It describes the APP application architecture composed of application layers such as the presentation layer,business logic layer,and data layer.Designed the technical architecture of front-end HTML5 and back-end MySQL database,myEclipse is the development platform.Describe the hardware server,software platform,and users that make up the deployment of the APP network.The E-R diagram and data table structure of the system database are mainly designed.The detailed design of the module is carried out through dynamic and static UML diagrams such as flowcharts,timing diagrams,and class diagrams.The main functional modules of the smart microwave APP are coded,including userregistration and login,family management,family member management,and device management.The module describes the algorithm program.In the end,the system was tested for performance and functions,and it was confirmed that the system achieved the expected design goals.Through the research on the intelligent microwave oven APP of this subject,users can control the working mode of household appliances microwave ovens through the APP,which makes the product more energy-saving and improves the user experience.By designing and implementing an intelligent microwave oven APP,the microwave oven remote control is realized and the user experience is improved.At the same time,this study has expanded the customer resources of the mobile terminal market of Midea,promoted the transformation and development of the Internet of the enterprise,and improved the competitiveness of the enterprise market.
