| With the advancement of science and technology and the improvement of manufacturing processes,people are pursuing a better quality of life and put forward higher requirements for smart home appliances.As a professional company integrating industrial microwave oven research,production and sales,Midea Kitchen Appliance Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.attaches great importance to product innovation and quality improvement.At present,the microwave oven is basically driven by an AC motor to realize the hot air convection function.The AC motor has a relatively simple structure but a large volume and a fixed rotation speed,which does not meet the current miniaturization and intelligent requirements of household appliances.The principle of DC motor is simple,the structure is relatively complicated,but the volume is small.The motor can control the hot air convection system by controlling the motor with different speeds to achieve the miniaturization and intelligentization of the market.Therefore,this paper proposes the development of a microwave oven for brushless DC motors.This paper firstly outlines the main background of the development of brushless DC microwave ovens,points out the shortcomings of existing products,points out the relevant research situation at home and abroad,and clarifies the research purpose and significance of the article.This paper introduces the development technology and basic theory of DC motor microwave oven development.Firstly,it introduces the working principle of microwave oven.Then it outlines the structure,working principle,speed regulation principle and mathematical model of DC motor.At the same time,it introduces the principle of impedance matching and waveguide.This paper outlines the development background of microwave ovens for brushless DC motors,points out the problems existing in the current platform and the development goals of microwave ovens,and analyzes the requirements of system appearance development,electronic control functions,and assembly manufacturability.In this paper,the appearance and explosion diagram of the microwave oven are designed.The overall functional structure,overall circuit and system hardware structure are designed.The microwave brushless DC motor is designed and the effect of the microwave oven is demonstrated.At the end of the article,the test conditions and test methods were prepared.The microwave oven was thoroughly tested in terms of safety test,functional operation test,environmental test,packaging test and reliability test.The microwave oven system was fully functional,stable in performance and structurally safe.Through testing,it is confirmed that the microwave oven product can be fully produced.The DC motor studied in this paper has the characteristics of good speed regulation performance,relatively cheap maintenance,strong overload capability and little influence by electromagnetic interference.It combines DC motor and microwave oven hot air convection system for circulating heating food,effectively improving food.The degree of safety has promoted the development of microwave ovens towards miniaturization and intelligence.At the same time,the research and development of microwave oven based on brushless DC motor promotes the innovation level of the company’s products,better meets the needs of market users,and enhances the competitiveness of the enterprise market. |
