Study On Haze Influencing Factors In Heavy Haze Cities In Northern Anhui Province

Since the beginning of the new century,China has entered a stage of rapid development.In recent years,haze pollution has become increasingly serious,almost covering the north China plain,the three eastern provinces,and the central Jianghuai region.Baoding in north China is the most serious.Environmental damage has become an obstacle to the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and fine particulate matter(PM_2.5),as the"no.1 culprit"of air pollution,continues to damage the health of the people because it is difficult,destructive and covers a wide range of areas.As an important rising province in central China,Anhui province gathers a variety of climatic belts,multiple economic belts and metropolitan areas,and is comprehensively affected by a number of surrounding provinces with heavy haze weather,which makes the conclusions obtained from empirical analysis more valuable for theoretical reference and practical reference.This paper selects four haze cities with the highest PM_2.5.5 index in Anhui province from 2016 to 2018:Suzhou city,Fuyang city,Huaibei city and Bozhou city,to make an empirical study on the relationship between haze pollution and influencing factors and put forward Suggestions.Firstly,the PM_2.5.5 concentration data of four heavy haze cities in northern Anhui were collected from the Real gas network for data cleaning,and GARCH model was used for modeling to obtain the haze pollution data combined with VE equation and ME equation for the status analysis of each city.Then shift-share analysis is used to analyze the economic and social development status of three categories and six indexes of four heavy haze cities in northern Anhui.Finally set up multiple regression model and quantile regression model,it found that:the city’s GDP,the added value of the second industry proportion of GDP,the rate of population urbanization,the urban population scale and the comprehensive interaction of the other factors can aggravate the smog pollution,and the improvement of green coverage and car ownership factors slow growth can be significantly reduced smog pollution;Finally,we come to the conclusion that even cities with common characteristics still have many differences.In particular,haze pollution in each city needs to implement appropriate strategies according to its own situation and the development status of industrial structure.Among the four cities,the primary industry,suzhou is the only one that shows a downward trend year by year.The secondary industry,the four cities are all growing year by year,and the regional location advantage is more obvious than the regional structure advantage.The four cities all have unique and positive advantages.In the tertiary sector,the four cities each grew by more than 30%a year,with the highest growth rates compared with their first and second productivity.However,the total deviation amount of the tertiary industry in the four cities is negative,and the value is the lowest among the three industries.Meanwhile,the regional location deviation component of the four cities has more advantages than the structural deviation component.Finally,combining with the experience of haze control in cities of developed countries,this paper puts forward reasonable policy Suggestions for haze control in Anhui Province.
