The crude oil transfer barge(Cargo Transfer Vessel for short)is a ship with a new design.The ship installs the crude oil transfer device on the shuttle tanker on a small ship,which is used to connect FPSO and conventional tanker VLCC for crude oil transfer,Once to improve the safety and economics of crude oil transfer.CTV is the world's first design,creating a new way to transfer crude oil from offshore oilfields.The whole ship adopts advanced international maritime technologies such as variable-speed diesel engines and DC power plant systems.Economical and effective in reducing emissions.Therefore,the research on the performance of the new crude oil transfer barge has high engineering significance and application value.As a platform and tool for towing VLCC and FPSO for maneuvering positioning and crude oil transfer transportation tasks,CTV can perform stable work on water.The first condition is to consider whether the strength of the new crude oil transfer barge meets the relevant specifications based on stability The requirements have important reference value for checking whether the design meets the relevant requirements.From the perspective of practical application of the project,the following researches are carried out:(1)Summarize the related research progress at home and abroad.To collate and summarize domestic and foreign research contents of different scholars on crude oil transfer operation methods and calculation of the strength of the whole ship's finite element;(2)The general situation of the new offshore crude oil transfer barge was described.The new crude oil transfer barge involved in this article is introduced,including design specifications,main elements of the ship,general layout of the ship,and main equipment.A three-dimensional schematic diagram can give a preliminary understanding of the entire ship.Summarize and describe,including empirical formula method,hull beam method and finite element method.This paper uses the finite element method to calculate the new crude oil transfer to calculate the strength of the whole ship;consider the effects of wind,current and waves on the transfer barge,and introduce related calculations Theory,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent finite element calculation results;(3)The calculation and pre-analysis of the overall ship stability of the marine crude oil transfer barge,and introduced the analysis tools and analysis methods used.When analyzing stability,the professional stability software NAPA is used to compare the free surfacecorrection of each loading condition of the VCG with the maximum VCG limit curve to evaluate whether the loading conditions meet the stability requirements.The buoyancy model and the compartment model were set,and the stability calculations of 10 kinds of collisions and the damage conditions of the bottom damage stability calculations were analyzed with reference to the stability standard,and the maximum allowable VCG curve under complete stability was obtained.3.The maximum allowable VCG curve under collision damage and the maximum allowable VCG curve under damage.Finally,the maximum allowable VCG curve is drawn by combining these three states,and a stability analysis report is given.With reference to this stability report,the strength of the whole ship is calculated by finite element,so that the ship meets all specifications and requirements;(4)The SESAM program issued by DNV was used for the finite element analysis of the entire ship.With reference to the preliminary stability analysis report,four loading conditions are selected,and the design waveform loading conditions of the CTV are calculated according to the relationship table between the design load and the area.Compare the calculation results with the specifications to determine whether the relevant requirements are met.This article mainly summarizes the crude oil transfer method and the development of domestic and foreign finite element strength calculations and research status at home and abroad.It also introduces the working principle of the crude oil transfer barge,and calculates and checks the stability of the new crude oil transfer barge.Based on the load obtained from the stability calculation results,the whole ship strength of the new crude oil transfer barge was checked.The calculation results show that both the yield check and buckling check meet the design specifications,the strength of the entire ship structure meets the requirements,and the ship structure has sufficient capacity to withstand the design load.This calculation report can provide parameters for subsequent ships.
