As a non-renewable resource,oil has a pivotal position in daily life and industrial production.It will be difficult for petroleum to be replaced by other energy sources in the future.However,the import of petroleum transportation in China is mostly dependent on the transportation of oil tankers,and the development trend of oil tanker transportation is also becoming larger and larger.Once a safety accident of an oil tanker occurs,the amount of oil spills will also increase and cause unpredictable damage to the environment.How to improve the safety of oil tanker transportation becomes more and more important.With the release of the "Guidelines for Ship(Oil Tanker)Intelligent Cargo Management and Inspection" issued by China Classification Society in 2018,it means that China has begun to further focus on the development of ship intelligence and Informatization.Based on the existing detection devices of oil tankers,this paper first introduces the composition and characteristics of the existing monitoring systems of oil tankers.According to the technical requirements of the parameters monitored by the intelligent safety monitoring system for oil tanker cargoes,the characteristics of different oil tanker cargo detection sensors are analyzed.Under the guidance of China Classification Society's "Code for Smart Ships(2015)" and"Guide for Ship(Oil Tanker)Intelligent Cargo Management and Inspection",combined with programming technology,the tanker intelligent cargo safety monitoring system was designed and developed.The intelligent safety monitoring system for oil tanker cargo is composed of real-time monitoring system,predictive alarm system and monitoring data query system.The development of the overall system is based on the Visual Studio.NET2013 platform,using Visual C#as the programming language,and the real-time monitoring system uses the ship original hardware/sensors for data collection.Related data such as temperature and oxygen content of the ballast tank are displayed on the system interface,The system analyzes and judges the collected monitoring data of the ship's liquid level,liquid cargo temperature,cargo tank pressure,etc.,and realizes that when the liquid level is too high,it indicates that there is a risk of oil spill,and if the cargo oil temperature is too low,it indicates that the temperature is too low.The function of alarming when there is abnormal data such as prompt;The system analyzes the collected data such as temperature,liquid level,and other monitoring data to determine whether the ship's status is safe for a period of time in the future.If a dangerous situation occurs in the future,the system will give a warning alert;At the same time that the system gives alarms and warnings,it gives the reasons for the crew's abnormal situation and the corresponding solutions;the data query function is to use SQL technology to query the status information of the cargo at present and in the past period of time.The entire oil tanker intelligent cargo monitoring system uses C#programming to realize the core functions of monitoring the current state and assisting decision-making on abnormal conditions as required in the definition of intelligent ships in the "Guide to Ship(Oil Tanker)Intelligent Cargo Management Inspection",and the operation interface It is concise and friendly.It can quickly get acquainted with crews of different levels,and can provide good monitoring guarantee for the cargo safety of oil tankers during navigation.
