Study On Financial Risks And Countermeasures Of AM Group Company

As the main energy source in China,coal plays an irreplaceable role and is an important support for China's national economy.But at present,China's coal industry is faced with serious challenges,such as main business slump,the sluggish market,etc.,and in recent years due to the rise of new energy industry has a huge impact on the coal industry,also has exposed the traditional coal industry pollution is serious,the production cost is high,is not conducive to the sustainable development important drawbacks such as;In addition,China and the United States are currently in the "sino-us trade war" in the white-hot stage,the import and export of coal and domestic economy is bound to have a significant impact.If the financial risk problem can not be effectively solved,it will have an adverse impact on the future development and survival of the enterprise.Therefore,this paper takes AM group company as the research object,from the perspective of financial risk and coping strategies.As a veteran enterprise of China's coal enterprises,AM group company has been operating profit negative in recent years.Due to the company's net profit in 2017-2018 two consecutive years of losses,AM group company in 2018 has been ST.As a result,AM coal group corporation is in serious financial risk.This paper selects the financial data of AM group company from 2014 to 2018,analyzes the causes of the financial risks of AM group company,and puts forward countermeasures.Warning and reference Suggestions should be given to companies that are also facing financial risks,so as to find out relevant problems as early as possible and take corresponding countermeasures to reduce economic losses caused by financial risks.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter firstly introduces the background and significance of financial risk research,sorts out the viewpoints of domestic and foreign scholars on financial risk research,and clarifies the content and methods of the research,as well as the innovation and deficiency of the paper.The second chapter gives an overview of relevant theories,expounds the concept,characteristics,classification and causes of financial risk,and clarifies relevant theories of financial risk.The third chapter firstly introduces the case company,introduces the financial status of AM group company and the operation status of the coal industry,secondly,introduces the industrial nature and product types of the company,finally,introduces the financial warning status of AM group company;The fourth chapter introduced AM group company main existing main business shrinkage,liquidity shortage,insufficient cash flow,weak solvency,profitability decline,weak growth ability and other financial risks;The fifth chapter explores the causes of the financial risk of the case company,and finds out the root causes of the deterioration of the company's financial situation based on the data analysis.Chapter six puts forward countermeasures according to the financial risk problems of AM group company and the reasons mentioned above.
