With the high quality development of Chinese economy and the speeding up of economic globalization,the user demand for products is more and more tend to be customized with small mass,the manufacture of the traditional stock type(MTS)already can not adapt to the current market practice,therefore,based on customer orders,to meet user needs as the main mode of production order type(MTO)production gradually become a manufacturing enterprise to adapt to the fierce market competition of the optimal choice.Titanium anode products are one of the three pillar products of Xi'an TJ Company.The production type of titanium anode products is MTO.The inability of titanium anode products to be delivered on time is the biggest problem faced by Xi'an TJ Company in the production process of titanium anode products.Since titanium anode products cannot be delivered on time,there must be factors that restrict the on-time output of titanium anode products in the production process of titanium anode products.Under the premise of using JIT purchasing measures to ensure the timely arrival of raw materials and reliable quality of arrival,a production planning system based on MRP?and TOC for titanium anode products was established.MRP?is responsible for plant level operation plan and material demand plan calculation in enterprise production plan preparation;TOC is responsible for workshop level operation plan and bottleneck resource production operation plan preparation in enterprise production plan preparation.The objects of the factory level production plan are raw materials,blanks and parts;the planning objects of the workshop level production plan are operations.To determine the processing sequence of the workpiece on the machine is the main problem to be solved in the operation plan.In this study,based on FCFS,SPT,EDD and LPT four priority dispatching rules,the correlation matrix method is used to determine the priority dispatching rule which uses the EDD rule as the bottle neck resource to solve the problem of delayed delivery of products.After adopting JIT purchasing and production planning system based on MRP?and TOC in this study,the production data of actual production process of titanium anode products in September 2019 and October 2019 showed that the timely arrival rate of purchased raw materials and titanium anodes The on-time delivery of products has been significantly improved.According to this description:under the premise of using on-time procurement to ensure the timely arrival of raw materials and reliable quality of the goods,the production planning system based on MRP?and TOC has a significant optimization effect on the on-time delivery of titanium anode products of Xi'an TJ Company.It provides a reference for the on-time delivery of other products of Xi'an TJ Company.
