| Because of the continuous progress of our industry,each production enterprises in order to improve the survival ability must develop high value-added products,but the production of high value-added products requires the advanced production equipment,sen’s production of 20 rolls reversing mill,because of the large quantity with the production of high precision and high production of advantages,in the rolling of titanium belt has a unique advantage,so our company is widely used in stainless steel and carbon steel industry was introduced 20 roller mill.Based on titanium belt material company introduces Germany sen dowill four pillar twenty roll cold-rolled unit as the background,different rolling plan design,with low yield strength and relatively good incoming flatness of strip,rolling tension after less than before,with great method;For strip has high yield strength,after before rolling the tension is greater than the tension,small pressure method,based on the parameters such as tension,reduction and roll system,explore these process parameters affect the law of strip flatness and thickness tolerance,so as to optimize the process parameters set,the results show that the rolling mill roll system parameter control effect on strip shape,the largest tension parameter control effect on strip shape,reduction control and rolling conditions of minimal control effect on strip shape;In rolling,the effect of adjustment of roll system parameters on shape improvement is the most obvious,the tension is the second,the effect of adjustment of reduction parameters on thickness tolerance of titanium strip is the most obvious.The research topic is closely related to the production practice,which provides theoretical guidance for the 20-high titanium strip rolling mill,and can significantly improve the plate shape of pure titanium strip.The test results can be applied to theproduction of 0.5~0.7mm thin strip. |
