Study On Economic Evaluation Of XXX Mine And Coal Preparation Plant Project

With the continuous development of energy industry,the proportion of new energy in energy consumption is increasing year by year,but the dominant position of traditional fossil energy in energy consumption structure is still unshakable.However,China's energy structure of "rich coal,poor oil and little gas" determines that the status quo of coal as the most important basic energy in China will not change in the short term.Therefore,in the current coal industry resources integration background,how to clean,safe and efficient mining coal resources has become the top priority.The construction project of coal mine and supporting coal preparation plant has the characteristics of large investment,complicated technology and long construction period.In this paper,the construction project of XXX mine and coal preparation plant is taken as the research object.Firstly,the necessity of project construction is analyzed based on the current domestic economic development demand and the current situation of coal market.Secondly,carry out macro market analysis from the aspects of coal production and sales volume,import and export volume,transportation volume and inventory.Meanwhile,conduct in-depth research on the target market and competitiveness of the product,so as to make reasonable market analysis and forecast for the project.Then,by summarizing the static investment of the project and the allocation of human resources,estimate the total investment of the project,analyze the rationality of the project investment and propose the financing plan;Finally,according to the relevant requirements of the coal industry,the economic evaluation principles are selected,and the profitability of the project is analyzed based on the cost of projectconstruction and sales revenue.The risk assessment of the project is conducted through sensitivity analysis,and the risk avoidance measures are proposed.The research conclusion of this paper not only provides reference for the investment decision of this project,but also has certain reference significance for the rational development of similar coal resource projects due to its special location advantage,wide radiation area and strong leadership.
