Shangyuquan coal mine has the characteristics of large coal seam thickness,shallow burial depth,thin bedrock and thick topsoil.The mining practice of No.9 coal seam shows that the supporting effect of stoping roadway in working face is not ideal.Therefore,for the 10#coal seam,this paper USES the field investigation,laboratory test,peep peep,numerical simulation,field test and other research methods,with 1031003 working face mining roadway as the research background to optimize the supporting parameters,optimization objects including face main,auxiliary transport gateway,cut open eyes,and face the retracement channel.In this paper,laboratory tests were carried out on the roadway roof and coal sample No.10 in the working face of 1031003,and the compressive strength,tensile strength,internal friction Angle and cohesive force indexes of coal and direct roof rock were obtained,which provided basic parameters for subsequent theoretical calculation and numerical simulation research.A peek at the roof of the main transport channel shows that there are several vertical fracture groups 340~740m away from the retractable passage,and the coal at the junction is broken and the horizontal fractures are developed.At 940-1140m away from the retracement passage,the coal at the junction is relatively broken with no obvious cracks and poor integrity,indicating that it is necessary to optimize the parameters of the mining roadway for No.10 coal seam.Through the method of theory and engineering comparison,this paper optimizes the supporting parameters of anchor cable for the main and auxiliary transportation channel,main withdrawal channel and cut hole of the working face,lists the specific supporting parameters and economic analysis,and makes qualitative analysis on each scheme,and determines the optimized scheme.Numerical simulation for the mining face roadway supporting scheme,a new scheme of vertical stress is analyzed by FLac3D and the distribution of plastic zone,compared two kinds of supporting schemes,the new support scheme on the support strength significantly increased,supporting the plastic zone radius decreases obviously,make sure the optimized scheme can yu spring is in the coal mine roadway support in obtaining good results.The field test observed more than 30 measuring points in the layout of the main canal channel,and the results showed that the new support scheme had good integrity of the roof strata without obvious separation and subsidence,and the optimized scheme had good application effect.The research results of this paper have important guiding significance for the safe mining of No.10 coal seam in Shangyuquan Coal mine,and provide a reliable guarantee for the roof safety during the tunneling and stoping of the working face.Meanwhile,it can be used for reference for the roadway support under similar geological conditions.
