The gas exploration depth effusion has seriously affected the effective exploitation of natural gas. Traditional drainage gas recovery technology in lifting, handling and Injection process consumes a lot of energy and greatly increased the cost of gas production, but also caused serious pollution to the environment. Eddy current tool is a tool for discharging liquid has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, high efficiency. In view of the current eddy current tool design theory lack of drainage gas recovery technology, field application mainly experience problems, based on the theoretical basis of gas-liquid two-phase flow, using numerical methods, and establishing mathematical model of gas-liquid separation, numerical simulation software Fluent is applied to simulate gas effect, effect of eddy current tools for drainage structure parameters analysis of droplet diameter, gas production the bottom of liquid flux and the structural parameters of the vortex. Research shows that, After the installation of eddy current tool at the wellborecan of gas wells can effectively improve the carrying capacity of liquid, droplet diameter directly affect the critical liquid carrying flow rate of gas wells, the droplet diameter is bigger, the eddy current tools to improve the liquid carrying effect more obvious, the droplet diameter is larger than 0.09 mm, eddy current drainage gas recovery technology can improve the liquid carrying more than 20%; eddy current tool has an optimum gas production to improve drainage gas recovery effect, When the simulation results Nissan gas 104m3/d, draining the best results.When the gas production rate exceeds a certain value, the ordinary gas does not depend on the eddy current tools can also complete the draining; spiral vortex tool length and pitch for gas flowing through the vortex pressure energy loss tools play an important role, especially when the pitch is less than 63.5mm, effect of gas drainage about eddy current tools effect obviously. Results of the study, will provide theoretical support for an effective solution to gas effusion and has important guiding value field applications.
