With the rapid development of the national economy,the construction industry has made remarkable achievements,but the safety production in the field of construction still poses a serious challenge to China.The construction industry is a labor-intensive industry,and the construction process has the characteristics of complexity and dynamics.Once an accident occurs,it will cause a large number of casualties and economic losses.Therefore,in order to ensure the safe and effective operation of construction projects,it is necessary to evaluate the safety level of construction projects more scientifically and reasonably.This paper takes the dynamic building construction process as the research object,aiming at the past safety evaluation is static,and the index weight is fixed,which does not conform to the objective laws of dynamic changes in the building construction process.First,the PSR(pressure-state-response)theory is introduced to analyze the dynamics of the construction process,discuss its feasibility in the field of construction,and use the literature review method to define the connotation of pressure,state,and response,respectively.Construct a PSR model framework suitable for dynamic safety evaluation of the building construction process.Secondly,based on the constructed PSR theoretical model framework and definition,combined with the analysis of accident cases,relevant literature,laws and regulations,and field investigations,the indicators are selected from the three aspects of pressure,state,and response to build a safety evaluation indicator system.By comparing and analyzing the previous safety evaluation methods,the index weights and the determination method of the evaluation model are selected.Considering the dynamics of the construction process,the fuzzy Borda method,CRITIC method,game combination weighting method and variable weight comprehensive method are selected,and determine the safety evaluation level to build a dynamic security evaluation model.Finally,taking a certain construction project as the evaluation object,the dynamic safety evaluation model constructed is used to conduct safety evaluation on the four construction stages of foundation and foundation,main body project,roofing project and decoration project,and the safety level development of each construction stage is obtained.The trend graph shows the safety level of each stage intuitively and effectively manages the construction process in real time.
