| With the development of modern science and technology,the harm caused by industrial production and factory manufacturing is getting more and more attention,and static electricity has also become one of the key safety precautions.Antistatic requirements have been put forward in more and more applications.Silicone rubber is applied to various fields for its excellent properties such as high temperature resistance,cold resistance,radiation resistance,physiological inertia and stable chemistry.However,in the course of using,static electricity is often produced due to friction,which limits the use scope.Under the premise of meeting the basic performance of silicone rubber,this paper uses methyl vinyl silicone rubber as matrix,peroxide benzoyl two as vulcanizing agent,and carbon black F900B as conductive filler antistatic agent to prepare antistatic silicone rubber.First,through the influence of carbon black F900B doping on the volume resistivity,mechanical properties and physical properties of silicone rubber,the basic formula of antistatic silicone rubber is determined,and the effect of different amount of carbon black F900B on the temperature resistance andpiezoresistive characteristics of silicone rubber is studied.The results show that when the carbon black F900B content is 35 phr,the comprehensive performance of silicone rubber is the best,that is,the basic formula of antistatic silicone rubber.The volume resistivity of the sample is 1.64×103 Ω·cm,the hardness is 59.30 HO,the apparent density is 1.145 kg·m-3,the springback rate is 27%,the tensile strength is 2.81 MPa,the elongation at break is 645.40%,the tear strength is 19.96 kN·m-1.The influence of different addition of carbon black on the temperature resistance and piezoresistive characteristics of silicone rubber shows that the resistance change is more stable when the carbon black is added more.Secondly,on the basis of antistatic silicone rubber formula,the effects of silane coupling agent KH-550 and KH-792 doped with different amino content on the volume resistivity,mechanical properties and physical properties of electrostatic silicone rubber were studied.The effects of two kinds of silane coupling agents doped with carbon black on the temperature resistance and pi ezoresistive characteristics of silicone rubber were also investigated.The results showed that the effect of the addition of carbon black on the temperature resistance and pi ezoresistive properties of silicone rubber was affected by the addition of carbon black F900B.When silane coupling agent KH-792 is used as carbon black dopant and its dosage is 4wt%,the comprehensive performance of the antistatic silicone rubber is the best.The volume resistivity of the sampleis 1.33×103 Ω·cm,which is 18.9%lower than that for doping,the tear strength is 21.86 kN·m-1,the tensile strength is 3.22 MPa,the elongation at break is 668.85%,the hardness is 61.30 HO,the rebound rate is 29.8%,and the apparent density is 1.141 kg·m-3.The influence of two kinds of silane coupling agents on the thermal resistance and pi ezoresistive properties of silicone rubber is indicated.The silicone rubber with KH-792 is better than the mono amino functional silane coupling agent KH550.Finally,based on the preparation of antistatic silicone rubber foam with silane coupling agent KH-792 doped with carbon black,the influence of the amount of F-82D on the volume resistivity,mechanical properties and physical properties of ESR silicone rubber was discussed.The results show that when the dosage of foaming agent F-82D is 3 phr,the comprehensive properties of the antistatic silicone rubber are the best,and the foaming material is medium foam.The sample volume resistivity is 8.82×103Ω·cm,porosity is 69.10%,falling ball rebound rate is 51%,apparent density is 0.354 kg·m-3,tear strength is 2.07 kN·m-1,tensile strength is 0.32 MPa,elongation at break is 116.04%,hardnessis 41.40 HO. |
