At present,the process of economic globalization is accelerating,cloud computing,big data,Internet+ and other new technologies are emerging one after another,and some large enterprise groups are seeking innovation and change.With the continuous expansion of enterprise scale,the diversification of industrial structure and the increasing number of branches,the difficulty and complexity of group financial management and control are increasing.In order to adapt to the development of the situation and promote financial reform,a few coal enterprises have set up a financial sharing service center.Based on the typical analysis of the operation status of the financial shared service center of S coal group,this paper finds out the key elements in the operation process and proposes specific measures to optimize the solution,so as to provide useful reference for the group enterprises to improve financial efficiency and quality and continuously innovate the financial management mode.As a new financial management mode,financial shared service center has been applied and promoted by more and more multinational corporations and domestic large group enterprises.In this paper,the operating optimization of the financial shared service center of the S Coal Group's is discussed,combining the theory analysis and actual case studies,supported with such three theories as flat,economies of scale,process reengineering,using SPORTS analysis model combined with the questionnaire method of dimensional analysis,on the basis of the study about the financial shared service and the research of the literature at home and abroad for reference,through the analysis of the theoretical knowledge of financial shared service.Combining financial shared service center of the S coal group's operating status,seriously summed up the financial shared service center in S coal group operating results,at the same time,effective sorting out existing staff in the process of operation organization,information system,business travel and reimbursement process,such as accounts payable process problems,and has carried on the deep causes of the problem control process node,improve process intelligent processing,improve the ability of the IT support and a series of optimization design solutions and concrete measures.This paper summarizes the key factors to improve the system operation quality and extend the system application effect by establishing the master data standard system,building the financial cloud data platform,building the group financial big data analysis platform,and standardizing the group management business process.Finally,this paper concludes that only by optimizing the operation of the financial shared service center and solving the problems existing in the enterprise's operation and management could make the financial management reform be effectively promoted and the core competitiveness of the enterprise be improved,and the development of the financial shared service center is forecasted.In this paper,the world 500 strong coal enterprises is selected as the research object of financial shared service center operation optimization,because of their little attention paid by scholars and management of multiple hierarchy complex,the numerous staff,multivariant industry development,relatively extensive management,strong labor intensive.So,this paper has strong innovation and industry representation,and it puts forward the operating idea of the optimization of the process for the personnel organization,financial path and optimize,way to use information intelligence technology,with strong industry demonstration leading role and reference value.
