In recent years,composite materials prepared from natural fibers and natural degradable plastics have been widely used in various industries due to their excellent properties.However,composite materials are susceptible to microbial attack and destruction.The interfacial compatibility between fiber and polymer matrix is also poor.These all affect the use range and service life of composite materials.Therefore,the improvement of antibacterial properties and interface bonding properties of composite materials has begun to attract people's attention.In this paper,the composite material prepared by bamboo fiber and PBAT is taken as the research object,the bamboo fiber is modified by silver nitrate and polydopamine,giving it superior anti-microbial erosion ability and excellent interface binding.After testing and analyzing the composite materials,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The three-factor four-level orthogonal test design and analysis show that the hot pressing temperature has the greatest influence on the tensile,bending and impact strength of bamboo powder/PBAT composites.For tensile and bending strength,the effect of hot pressing time is greater than that of hot pressing pressure;For impact strength,the effect of hot pressing pressure is greater than the hot pressing time.The optimized preparation conditions of the bamboo powder/PBAT composite material are: hot pressing pressure 4 MPa,hot pressing temperature 150?,hot pressing time 4 min.(2)The tensile strength,bending strength and impact strength of bamboo powder/PBAT composites prepared by modifying bamboo powder with silver nitrate solution are better when the concentration of silver nitrate solution is 0.08mol/L.The antibacterial effect of the composite material increases with the increase of the concentration of silver nitrate solution and achieves a better antibacterial effect when the concentration of silver nitrate solution is 0.08mol/L.The addition of silver nitrate did not change the crystal structure of bamboo powder.(3)The tensile strength,flexural strength and impact strength of bamboo powder/PBATcomposites prepared by synergistic modification of polydopamine and silver nitrate solution are better when the concentration of silver nitrate solution is 0.8 mol/L.The antibacterial effect of the composite material increases with the increase of the concentration of silver nitrate solution and achieves a better antibacterial effect when the concentration of silver nitrate solution is 0.8mol/L.The addition of polydopamine reduces the polarity of bamboo powder surface and enhanced interface compatibility of bamboo powder/PBAT composites.The silver ions in the silver nitrate solution can be more uniformly dispersed on the surface of the composite material,thereby further improving the mechanical properties of the composite material.The addition of dopamine did not change the crystal structure of bamboo powder.
