| There are various types bamboo all over the world,which is a common natural resource.With the development of industry and the promotion of green manufacturing,it is imperative to develop environmentally friendly materials.It is worth mentioning that natural fiber composite materials are not only green and environmentally friendly,but also have excellent mechanical properties,which are of great significance in replacing synthetic materials.The future environmental and economic benefits will be immeasurable.In this paper,bamboo fiber and polypropylene are used as raw materials,and the surface of bamboo fiber(BF)is modified with different concentrations of Na OH solution.After drying at a certain temperature,bamboo fiber/polypropylene(BF/PP)is prepared by melt extrusion.Thermogravimetric analyzer(TG-DSC),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),metallurgical microscope,infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),etc.were used to characterize the structure of bamboo fibers before and after alkali treatment and modification.The research results show that the thermal stability of bamboo fibers modified by Na OH solution pretreatment is increased,and loose fiber bundles are formed on the surface;the mechanical properties of composite materials are significantly improved.This is reflected in the best mechanical properties of bamboo-plastic composites prepared by treating bamboo fibers with a 3% alkaline solution.The impact strength is twice that of pure polypropylene(PP),and the yield strength is increased by 14.8%.The composite impact section scanning electron microscope(SEM)showed that the modification of a certain concentration of Na OH solution can greatly improve the compatibility between BF and PP matrix resin.The bamboo fiber pretreated with alkaline solution was used as raw material.Under the premise of a certain amount of BF,the influence of different drying temperature and extruding temperature on the mechanical properties of BF/PP composite was explored.The results show that when the drying temperature is 140°C,the impact performance of BF/PP is the best,and the tensile strength is also the best at this time,but the elastic modulus is not good at this time.When the extrusion temperature is 180°C,the impact performance of BF/PP is the best,and the tensile strength is also the best at this time,but the elastic modulus is not good at this time.The bamboo fiber pretreated with alkaline solution was used as raw material.In the case of a certain amount of bamboo fiber added,exploring the effect of different bamboo powder meshes on the mechanical properties of BF/PP bamboo-plastic composites.The results show that the impact performance of BF/PP in the range of 60-80 meshes is the best,with a year-on-year increase of 72.4%.At this time,the tensile properties are also achieved within the same range.The best condition,but in terms of tensile strength,bamboo fibers with different mesh sizes have little effect on the tensile properties of BF/PP.When the bamboo fiber mesh range is 60-80 mesh,the fiber length is appropriate.During the plastic compounding process,the effect of interface diffusion and mechanical interlocking is better.Compared with the bamboo fiber in the range of 80-100 mesh,the fiber at this time It is coarser and the fiber length is also large.The bamboo fiber pretreated with alkaline solution was used as raw material.In the case of a certain amount of bamboo fiber added,selecting a certain range of bamboo fibers to explore the effects of different additives such as POE,graphene,and maleic anhydride on the mechanical properties of BF/PP composites.The results show that adding 10% POE improves the impact performance of the composite material,and the improvement rate is 21.97%-100%.However,the tensile strength of composite materials decreased,and the rate of decrease was6.4%-15.4%.After adding 0.2% of graphene,the impact strength of the composite material is reduced,but the degree of decrease is not high,and the tensile strength is improved compared with that before the addition,but the extent is not large.When the addition amount of MAH-g-PP is 2%,the impact performance of the composite is the best,and the tensile performance is reduced at this time.Compared with before adding,the impact performance increased by 7.44%,and the tensile performance decreased by 12%. |
