With the vicious growth of home appliance industry, the market products tend to be the same.Microwave oven industry belongs to the subset of home appliance industry, and it also fails to give full play to the advantages of product innovation in the development process. Therefore,to return to the usability evaluation of microwave ovens,it is important to improve the usability research methods. From the perspective of human-computer interaction,"usability" to "user experience" presents a clear context. The physiological and behavioral measurement of microwave oven is reflected in the analysis of physiological and behavioral data of users.Because physiological and behavioral measurement has the characteristics of high data accuracy, objectivity and instantaneity,it can further analyze the internal causes of objective performance measurement in usability evaluation, and can also objectively supplement the subjective evaluation measurement. In recent years, the literature lacks the analysis of microwave oven products from the perspective of user physiological measurement. All of these are based on the theory of user experience composition, which is becoming more and more abundant. However,in recent years, the total amount of usability in user interface research in packaging engineering journals has been on the rise, and the proportion of literature using eye tracker as a physiological and behavioral measurement tool has also been on the rise. This trend shows that the physiological and behavioral measurement research instruments represented by eye tracker gradually occupy an important research position in the product development and testing process.Compared with other physiological measurement instruments, the limitation of f MRI is that it can not provide a real environment for social interaction and the maintenance cost is very high. The limitation of EEG is that it can not accurately locate the origin of neural electricalsignals.Functional magnetic resonance(f MRI)and other neuroscience research tools are expensive and difficult to be widely used in many laboratories and enterprises. But functional near infrared spectroscopy(f NIRS)has the value of low cost, multi scene, super scanning and so on.Therefore, this paper explores the tool as a physiological measurement method of user experience for the interface of microwave oven products, providing accurate and reliable evaluation for the user experience of microwave oven interface, and also providing reference for the iteration of household appliances products.Through the usability evaluation,we found the usability problem of the microwave interface, and improved the design to improve the operation efficiency and efficiency of the microwave interface, and improve the user's satisfaction on the operation of the microwave interface.Based on the functional near-infrared spectroscopy(f NIRS)experiment, the f NIRS physiological data evaluation results of the products in line with the user's cognitive habits are obtained and described. The research will take part in the measurement of interface availability through f NIRS,and propose the design opportunity of each microwave oven interface.Through the design opportunity to reasonably build the microwave oven product design scheme, the scheme will be tested again by f NIRS experiment.
