| With the development of world economic integration and the deepening of international division of labor,in order to maximize the efficiency of enterprises and optimize the allocation of enterprise resources,non-core departments outsourcing with those countries and regions with the lowest cost for production has become an inevitable and important link in international competition.High-tech software outsourcing is based on this reason,labor intensive shoe and clothing production also based on this reason.Outsourcing production has become the strategic choice of enterprises,and also provides new impetus for the development of enterprises.Shoe industry is a labor-intensive industry,which is very sensitive to labor costs.Under the background of costs rising in China,P company has started to working with Bangladesh supplier.Based on the theory of outsourcing at home and abord,under the theory of global value chain and the theory of transaction cost,this paper analyzes the problems encountered in the outsourcing of production in Bangladesh of P company,four different ways of outsourcing have been summarized.After that,the paper introduces the present situation of outsourcing management in P company,it not just summarizes the successful experience but also puts forward the existing problems: poor quality,shipment delay and unstable supplier team.The reasons for these problems are explained and the improvement strategies include risk identification,supplier audit improvement,establishment of overall quality management system,and then puts forward the establishment of win-win cooperation to achieve the final success of outsourcing.In a word,the success of outsourcing mainly depends on whether the contracting party chooses an appropriate partner,and whether the operation worked by two parties are matching the environment.The author hopes this research will have a certain reference for the company to improve outsourcing management afterwards. |
