Air cushion belt conveyor in grain storage and transport has a natural advantage.It is widely used in bulk grain transportation and storage system because of its advantages of low resistance,preventing the danger of dust explosion in principle,stable operation and convenient maintenance.With the improvement of environmental protection requirements,as well as the improvement of performance indexes such as traffic volume and transportation distance in related industries,the defects of traditional air cushion belt are gradually revealed.In order to explore the more stable performance of air cushion belt conveyor,established the "distributed air cushion belt conveyor key technology research" the subject.Air chamber and disc trough are the key parts of air cushion belt conveyor.In summary,on the basis of the existing gas chamber structure of the disc flute,decided to focus on analysis of tubular structure and traditional structure on the influence of the gas film.And its structure to improve the tapered chamber structure is put forward.Based on the knowledge of hydrodynamics and aerodynamics,the flow characteristics of gas in the gas film and the gas chamber are derived,and the mathematical models of the relationship between gas film pressure and gas film thickness and gas pressure loss are established.The distribution equation of material pressure is established according to material characteristics and material stress Mohr circle.Solid Works was used to establish the data analysis model of air cushion belt with different air chamber structures,and the simulation analysis was carried out with Fluent in Ansys Workbench.To simulate the different porosity row number on the gas film formation,the influence of the structure of the disc flute of five hole is determined.Analysis of the traditional structure and tubular air chamber air chamber structure formation of the gas film,the result display tube shape air chamber structure formation of the gas film pressure is greater.Finally,the tubular air chamber was improved and the conical air chamber structure was designed.
