The influences of low oil price since 2014 has changed oil and gas companies from resource expansion type to cost reduction and efficiency increase type.The contradiction of energy security in China is mainly reflected in oil and gas security.At present,domestic oil and gas resources can not effectively support the sustainable development of economy.XJ oilfield,as the main battlefield of accelerating the construction of oil and gas areas in China,plays an important role in the energy security strategy of "stabilizing the East and developing the west".However,the development difficulty and high production cost have always been the core problems restricting the development of XJ oilfield.Especially since 2020,the spread of the global COVID-19 pandemic has led to the decline of crude oil price,The WTI crude oil futures price once fell to-37.63 USD / barrel historically.The continuous low oil price and the increase of production difficulty in old oil areas make the contradiction between improving management efficiency and reducing costs full 0bviously,the traditional management reform and business process optimization can not be fundamentally solved it,so it is urgent to explore a new oil production management mode and business process.Firstly,this paper studies the theory,method and application of business process reengineering and Internet of things at home and abroad,and analyzes the feasibility of the combination of Internet of things and process reengineering.This paper holds that the continuous implementation of the existing management mode and business process will lead to the deepening of the contradiction between the improvement of production and management efficiency and the reduction of costs.The conventional business process sorting and optimization,small-scale reform and innovation,or resource integration have not been able to resolve this contradiction.It is necessary to explore the comprehensive management and control mode reform and business process reengineering with the help of new technical means and management ideasSecondly,taking s oil production plant of XJ oilfield as an example,this paper analyzes and diagnoses the current situation of its oil production business process,and finds out the main problems and dilemmas,including inadequate management and control of production process in production management,lagging behind in finding and processing problems,incomplete data,poor data quality,poor application effect of data in production management and auxiliary analysis and decision-making,difficulties in business cooperation and sharing,and the contradiction between improving management efficiency and reducing cost is deepened,etc.This paper holds that the continuous implementation of the existing management mode and business process will lead to the deepening of the contradiction between the improvement of production and management efficiency and the reduction of costs.The conventional business process sorting and optimization,small-scale reform and innovation,or resource integration have not been able to resolve this contradiction.It is necessary to explore the comprehensive management and control mode reform and business process reengineering with the help of new technical means and management ideas.Thirdly,this paper studies the method of oil production business process reengineering based on the Internet of things,which runs the digital transformation and data-driven management through the whole process of process reengineering,constructs the oil production management mode around the centralized monitoring center(Data Center),and expounds the wish and goal of process reengineering,key business process and demand analysis,and the construction of the Internet of things production management system Law,new business process and management and control mode construction ideas,new organizational structure construction,standardization and system construction ideas,human resources guarantee and training promotion in the implementation process,etc.It is believed that the oil production business process reengineering based on the Internet of things will have significant effect in the aspects of overall perception of production status,overall improvement of oil production management efficiency,quality and safety,reduction of oil production cost,overall improvement of business cooperation and organization cooperation It is an effective way to resolve the contradiction between cost reduction and efficiency improvement.It will transform the whole oil production business process from four-level management to two-level management of "oil production plant-production team".This method can be used not only for business process reengineering of old oilfields,but also for management mode selection and business process construction of newly developed oilfields.
