In recent years,with the deepening of pollution control and haze reduction,ultra-low emission of industrial flue gas has been launched from thermal power industry to steel,building materials and other non-power industries.At present,the transformation of ultra-low particulate matter emission is mainly achieved through wet electric dust removal or low-temperature electric dust removal technology.The performance of the electrostatic precipitator in the original system,especially the purification performance of fine particulate matter,plays a decisive role in the process selection,investment and the achievement of the ultimate goal of the transformation.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and environmental benefit to develop a new efficient technology of ESP.By studying the dedusting mechanism of the traditional electrostatic precipitator and its technical bottleneck for the collection of fine particulate matter,this paper proposes two simple,feasible and cost-effective technologies for improving the efficiency of electric dedusting:Vacuum filter technology and Bipolar electrostatic dust removal technology,and on the basis of the original 1m2 three-channel horizontal electrostatic precipitator in the laboratory of our school,a set of constant temperature and humidity cycle electrostatic precipitation system was built.From the perspective of purification performance and charge law,the total factor test of the two efficiency raising technologies is carried out systematically,and the performance influence law and the overall implementation plan are obtained.The main research results are as follows:(1)The dust removal efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator is significantly improved by the Vacuum filter technology.Under the premise that the electric field voltage is 50kV,the dust(1)The dust removal efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator is significantly improved by the Vacuum filter technology.Under the premise that the electric field voltage is 50kV,the dust removal efficiency of the original electric field is 75.66%.After the addition of the dust removal filter tank,the dust removal efficiency reaches 91.35% at the highest.The bottom width,front width,side length and opening rate of the vacuum filter are positively correlated with the total dust removal efficiency,while the aperture of the vacuum filter and the axial distance to the end of the positive plate are negatively correlated with the total dust removal efficiency.(2)After the addition of a dust filter,the concentration of particles escaping from the original electric field was reduced by 40%.When the bottom width of the vacuum filter tank is 150mm,the front width is 200mm,the aperture is 25mm and the opening rate is 58.66%,the removal effect of fine particles is the best.The removal effect of PM10 increased from 220mm to 380mm was limited,and the mass concentration of particles with particle size ranging from 2.5 to 10 μm increased slightly.The removal of ultrafine particles below 1 m was better when the axial distance between the vacuum filter tank and the end of the anode plate was 0mm,while the removal of PM10 was best when the distance was 100mm.(3)When the bottom width of the vacuum filter tank is 150mm,the front width is 200mm,the side length is 220mm,the aperture is 35mm,the opening rate is 58.66%,and the axial distance from the end of the anode plate is 100mm,the charge of particles escaped is the largest.(4)Bipolar electrostatic dust removal technology significantly improves the dust removal efficiency of electrostatic precipitators.Under the premise of electric field voltage of 38kV,the dust removal efficiency of original electric field is 58.4%.After the addition of charged perforated plate,the dust removal efficiency reaches the highest of 64.49%.(5)in bipolar dust removal technology,the total dust removal efficiency is the highest when the electric field voltage is 38kV and the orifice plate electricity is 15kV.The total dust removal efficiency increases first and then decreases with the increase of the voltage carried by the orifice plate,orifice opening rate,size and axial distance from the end of the anode plate.
