Water resources play an important role in the rapid development of the economy and society.In recent years,China attaches great importance to water environment management and water ecological restoration.The state has introduced a number of measures,such as"ten-measure action"and"river chief system",to help water environment restoration.As an important river in Dalian,Fuzhou river plays an irreplaceable role in maintaining the ecological security of the city.The analysis of this river can provide important reference for river management and even economic development.In recent years,the utilization rate of water resources in Fuzhou river has exceeded the recognized warning line by 40%,the river's TN,TP,COD and other indicators have appeared different pollution conditions,the percentage of the bad section of the river has exceeded 60%,the river water quality and water environment security is not optimistic.It is of practical significance to study the water quality and environmental security of Fuzhou river basin.Therefore,this paper analyzes and calculates the data of water quality through field sampling.The water environment security evaluation system is constructed and the water environment is analyzed and calculated.Firstly,the water quality of fuzhou river basin was investigated and analyzed in this paper.The water quality monitoring work was completed in August,September and October.Total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus,chemical oxygen demand,biochemical oxygen demand and other pollution indicators were measured.The water quality condition of the river was judged preliminarily.It was found that TN and NH3-N were the most polluted indexes in Fuzhou river.Secondly,the grade of river water quality is determined by using appropriate analytical methods.In this paper,organic pollution synthesis method,nemero index method and grey relational degree method were used to obtain the evaluation results of water quality.These three methods,according to a complex state of river water quality present the?-?class.The water quality was better in the flood period,followed by the flat water period,and worst in the dry water period.The water quality in the section of Caifangshen bridge is relatively poor during the flood period.The water quality of the section of Caifangshen bridge and Santaizi bridge is relatively poor in the plain water period.The water quality of Santaizi bridge is poor in dry period.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the water quality of Fuzhou river,the water environmental security of Fuzhou river basin was evaluated,DPSIR model was selected,17indexes were selected,grade standards were established,and the water environmental security value and correlation degree were calculated respectively by entropy weight method and mature-element analysis method.It is found that the annual water environment security degree of the Fuzhou river basin is 0.4671,presenting an insecure state.From 2010 to 2018,the security degree has always been an insecure state and a less secure state.Both the entropy weight method and the matter-element analysis method show that the water environment security in 2018 is the best state in three years,and in 2015 is the worst state in three years.The watershed is not in a state of adequate security.For the treatment still can't be taken lightly,still must make efforts and actions for the improvement of river water quality and the improvement of water environment,ensure the river water environment security can match the rapid economic development.
