In the face of the new mode of real estate registration integration in China,many real estate registration centers are adapting to the changes in business,and people's requirements for public services are also improving,so the contradiction between them is increasingly obvious,so many new service management theories and methods have emerged to help real estate registration units solve this dilemma.W Liaohe Oilfield real estate registration center of the company was established in one thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine year Nine Month,two thousand and four year Six Liaohe Oilfield Branch Center of Liaohe Oilfield real estate registration center of Panjin City was established in June to be responsible for the registration of the property rights of the internal stock houses of Liaohe Oilfield and the houses in the three expense communities.two thousand and sixteen year Eleven After the real estate registration was carried out in January,the improvement of its service business process has great positive significance for improving its business ability and service satisfaction.This paper focuses on the redesign of the service system of the real estate registration service window of Liaohe Oilfield real estate registration center.First,analyze W The business of the real estate registration service window of Liaohe Oilfield real estate registration center of the company found that the real estate registration center of Liaohe Oilfield had problems such as the business process was not smooth,the utilization rate of human resources was low,and the hardware facilities were not complete.On this basis,it puts forward some measures to improve the window service,including: business process improvement,human resources improvement,hardware system improvement,convenient resources improvement,harmonious atmosphere improvement,etc.Finally,the implementation guarantee measures of process improvement are given.The implementation results show that the customer service satisfaction of the center has been significantly improved.The improvement plan proposed this time is fully applicable to W Liaohe Oilfield real estate registration center of the company has practical significance for improving customer service satisfaction of real estate registration business.At the same time,the research results of this paper can provide reference for the business process improvement of the same type of units.
