Bentonite is widely used in many industrial fields as a non-metallic mineral material with many unique properties,which are mainly based on calcium bentonite,however,the domestic application is mainly based on sodium bentonite.So,people pay more attention to the organic modification of sodium bentonite.China's organic bentonite is mainly affected by raw materials and processes,which leading to long-term development delay.Now,high-end organic soil is still mainly by imported.To this day,The price of domestic organobentonites is cheap at around 10,000 yuan/t,high to reach 30,000 to 40,000 yuan/t.And in a stage of short supply.To meet industrial production needs,This research mainly explores the organic modification process route of bentonite resources in Wuping,Fujian.To provide a theoretical basis for the localization of resource advantages into economic advantages.Therefore,this study is very necessary.The paper uses bentonite resources in the Wuping area of Fujian as raw materials.Through the analysis of the chemical composition and structural characteristics of the raw materials,it is determined that the organic soil is prepared by the principle route of sodiumation,purification and organic covering,so that the modified products can meet and exceed the corresponding domestic product standards.Determine the optimal industrial production process for this bentonite resource.And we made the following progress:The effects of various process conditions on the modification effect of organic modification of Wuping bentonite in Fujian were investigated by orthogonal test.And finally,the best conditions for the preparation of organic bentonite are obtained:Sodiumation,extrusion concentration:65%,NaCO3 concentration:4%;aging time:3 days;extrusion times:3 times;purification,dispersant M:1%,mashing time:90min,centrifugal purification concentration:10.9%,centrifuge rotation number:1900r/min,centrifugation time:3.5min;organic coverage:reaction temperature:70?80?,reaction time:120min,organic covering agent(1831):42%.The viscosity of the organic bentonite obtained under this condition is 4200 mPa·s.The viscosity of the product is much higher than the industry standard,and it also meets and exceeds the requirements of various enterprise standards.
