Biomass power plant waste biomass ash has large production volume and small specific gravity.A large amount of biomass ash will cause environmental problems if it is not effectively treated.The traditional treatment method of biomass ash is mainly based on landfill,but the elements in it are not returned to the farmland,resulting in the interruption of the element cycle.Because biomass is rich in a large number of elements and trace elements,and at the same time has the effect of inhibiting the occurrence of diseases and insect pests,granulation of biomass ash into a compound fertilizer is an efficient resource utilization method.This paper first conducts some characterization tests on grass ash,the main component of biomass ash,to determine that grass ash has potential as a fertilizer.By adding NH4H2PO4,the pH value of grass ash can reach the national standard of compound fertilizer.Polyaspartic acid(PASP)and polyglutamic acid(PGA)are used as binders for compound fertilizers,which are used in the molding and granulation of grass and ash compound fertilizers to increase their fertilizer efficiency and compressive strength.The optimal granulation conditions of the ash compound fertilizer were studied,and the compressive strength of the ash compound fertilizer reached the maximum when the extrusion pressure was 6 MPa,the drying temperature was 140?,and the drying time was 10 h.The influence of different binders on the compressive strength of the compound fertilizer of grass and ash was analyzed,and PASP was selected as the binder used in the experiment for disintegration performance test and crushing experiment.The results showed that when 25 mL PASP(B)was added to 60 g of grass ash,the compressive strength reached 5.438 MPa and the density was 1.247 g/cm3.PASP not only increases the density of the grass-ash compound fertilizer,but also increases its compressive strength.Analyzing the interaction between grass ash and binder from a microscopic level,it is concluded that no chemical reaction occurs,but physical combination leads to an increase in compressive strength.Finally,through the fertilizer efficiency experiment,it was verified that the plant ash and PASP compound fertilizer can promote the growth of plants.When the compound ratio of plant ash(g)and polyaspartic acid(mL)is 6:1,the plant growth state is the best.This method effectively solves the problems of interruption of element circulation,pollution of the environment by grass ash,the compound fertilizer of grass ash is fragile during transportation,and low fertilizer efficiency of pure grass ash.Therefore,the resource utilization of grass ash is realized.
