Research On Gas Safety Management In Hohhot From The Perspective Of Public Safety

In recent years,with the rapid growth of the domestic economy,the per capita income has continuously increased.With the continuous development of allergy economy and society,urban gas.as a necessity of people's life,is widely used in people's daily life.As the main component of city gas,gas safety facilities are quasi-public products.At present,Hohhot municipal government has started to regard gas safety management as an important content for the supervision and management of gas,a public product.Although the state and government pay more and more attention to safety management,no breakthrough has been made,which to some extent affects and limits the effect of gas safety management in Hohhot.This paper uses case analysis method,taking Hohhot city as the research object,combs the current situation of gas safety management in Hohhot city,and sums up the potential safety hazards existing in the current gas safety management in Hohhot city,which mainly include the following problems:the private dismantling and modification of domestic gas facilities by residents,the crushing and destruction of gas pipelines by vehicles,the destruction of gas pipelines by third-party construction.etc.According to the above-mentioned problems.it is pointed out that the causes leading to the above-mentioned problems are due to the unclear main body of safety management of gas facilities in current government departments,the weak ability of division of labor and cooperative management among government departments,the lack of management functions for cross-project management and the absence of supervision over the operation risks of gas facilities.In view of the above-mentioned problems and reasons,the government should be the main body of gas facilities safety management from the government's point of view respectively.The government should join hands with many government departments to carry out gas pipeline safety management.The government should actively play the improvement measures of cross-project coordination and management functions.From the perspective of natural gas enterprises,it is necessary to strengthen ties with government departments.improve the safety management of gas through joint law enforcement,increase safety training and education for employees of the company,and build a smart gas system to improve the gas safety management.
