Study On The Synthesis Of Sarpogrelate Hydrochloride

Sarpogrelate hydrochloride is a 5-HT2 receptor blocker produced by Mitsubishi Pharmaceutical Company.It can specifically bind to 5-HT2 receptor to improve the ischemic symptoms such as ulcer,pain and cold caused by chronic arterial occlusion.This product was first marketed in Japan in 1993.In 1998,Sarpogrelate Tablets were licensed and protected in China.It has good therapeutic and preventive effects on vascular diseases.It not only has protective effects on vascular endothelium,but also inhibits the growth of vascular smooth muscle cells.It also inhibits cardiac hypertrophy and protects the kidney.Therefore,it is clinically effective.The upper part has been widely used.It has positive social significance and good economic benefit to optimize the synthetic process of Sagrel ester.Based on the relevant literature,the synthetic route was screened and the reactions were optimized.Sagrel hydrochloride was synthesized from cheap and easily available 3-Hydroxybenzoic Acid and Salicylaldehyde in ten steps.The quality was stable.There were no harsh operating conditions and special raw material reagents in each step.The three wastes in the synthesis process were greatly improved.Good,safe and environmental protection,low cost,can smoothly achieve industrial production.
