With government attaching great importance to energy and environmental protection,application of new clean and sustainable energy becomes a hot topic of the times.In the field of electric vehicles,application of hydrogen fuel is widely concerned.Development of hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles is strongly supported by government.Design and research of hydrogen fuel cell electric energy conversion and detection system is particularly important.Based on the practical application of hydrogen fuel,electric energy change and detection of hydrogen fuel cell for automobile is studied.Development and application of hydrogen fuel cell were explored.Main application questions of hydrogen fuel cell were analyzed.Through comparison and analysis of different circuit structures,power system circuit structure was selected as the Boost three-level topology structure with multiple modules in parallel.DSP chip TMS320F28335 was chosen as core processor to generate PWM waveform to drive Boost three-level circuit.Whole power system circuit was designed.Voltage and current protection circuit was designed to ensure safe and reliable operation of power system.The design of hydrogen fuel cell detection system for automobile was studied.Taking PIC16F1786 single-chip as the core,temperature,voltage and hydrogen storage capacity of hydrogen fuel cell were measured.Working temperature and voltage detection of hydrogen fuel cell were guarantee of safe and reliable operation of hydrogen fuel cell.Vehicle’s endurance was determined by amount of hydrogen.High-speed ADC circuit,PWM driving circuit,current sharing circuit,temperature detection circuit,single-chip voltage detection circuit,hydrogen detection circuit,display communication circuit and other hardware design and debugging were included in design of hydrogen fuel cell detection system.Related single-chip software design and debugging were completed.The simulation experiment of Boost three-level DC-DC transform circuit is carried out,and the parallel current-sharing model of DC-DC module is built to verify the reliability of the power supply system of hydrogen fuel electric vehicle.Two 400 W prototype modules are made for experimental verification.Output voltage of each single module is 400 V,and output current is 1A.After parallel current sharing of modules,each single module can work normally at rated state,meeting set current sharing accuracy.
