Due to its unique viscoelasticity,NBR composite materials can dissipate energy such as sound waves and vibrations into heat energy and dissipate it.It has been widely developed and applied in the fields of damping sound absorption,shock absorption and noise reduction.In this paper,by adding organic small molecule AO-80 or blended eucommia gum to nitrile rubber,in order to improve the damping performance of the material or widen the damping temperature range,prepare a high-performance rubber damping material,and study its damping sound absorption performance,With important application value.In the first part of this paper,the NBR/AO-80 composite material was prepared.Its mechanical properties are excellent.The 100%and 300%tensile stresses are 3.4Mpa,11.9Mpa,tensile strength is 18.5Mpa,and the elongation at break Reached 493%.A high-damping rubber bearing sample was made with the NBR/AO-80 composite material.The compressive and shear properties were tested using a 3000-ton dynamic compression-shear tester equipment and referring to GB20688.2-2006.The vertical compression stiffness Kv is 990kN/mm,which is 13.2%higher than the design.The equivalent damping ratio ζ is 26.88%,which is increased by 79%compared with the design.In the second part,the effect of mixing process and rubber vulcanization system on the co-vulcanization of composite materials was studied.NBR/EUG composite materials with different ratios were prepared.It was found that NBR/EUG composite materials exhibited an island-in-sea structure.There are EUG crystals,most of which are β crystals;when the added parts of eucommia gum are 10 parts,its tensile strength reaches 13Mpa,and the elongation at break is 689%,which reaches the maximum;with the increase of EUG content,The of the EUG composite at 0~40℃ increases from 6Mpa to 118Mpa;its tanδ~T curve gradually shows three loss peaks:-60℃~-40℃ corresponds to the glass transition peak of EUG;-10℃~10℃corresponds to the glass transition peak of NBR;30℃~60℃,corresponding to the melting peak of EUG crystallization,the damping performance of the composite material is affected by the glass transition and the crystalline melting transition.In the third part,the influence of the particle size and dosage of carbon black on the vulcanization performance,mechanical properties and crystallization performance of NBR/EUG composites was studied,and it was confirmed that carbon black N330 is more suitable for the reinforcement of NBR/EUG composites.The recommended number of filled carbon black is 30.
