With the expansion of the scale of process production equipment and the improvement of process requirements,the application of DCS control system to manage and control the production process has greatly improved the production efficiency and system reliability,and has become an inevitable choice for the process industry.Based on the research of acrylic fiber process flow,combined with DCS control system technology,this paper has completed the management and upgrade of acrylic fiber production equipment.The main tasks are as follows:(1)According to the specific requirements of PAN fiber production,design the transform project of DCS,and update the DCS control system.(2)Design and achieve the safety interlock function of PAN fiber device,ensure the safety performance of the device.(3)The original PAN fiber device has no data collection and transmission function,base on the DCS transformation,design and build the data collection and transmission system of PAN fiber device,achieve the production data collection and transmission of PAN fiber device.(4)Aiming at the large time lag and non-linearity of the temperature control object of the spinning shaft in the acrylic fiber production device,a fuzzy temperature control scheme was designed and implemented to improve the temperature control effect.The completion of the management and control update of the PAN fiber device,achieve the function update,ensures the safety of production,achieve the sharing of data,get the good effect.
