Study On The Division Of Financial Control Points And Responsibilities Of JH Group Subsidiaries

At present,with the rapid development of global economic integration and market economy,the modern enterprise system of our country has become more and more perfect.As an important organizational form of modern enterprise,enterprise group has gradually established and perfected the connection between enterprises at the same time of rapid development,for example,through property relations,forming a wide range of legal companies in an economic federation.The management system of parent and subsidiary companies is the most important organizational management form of enterprise group,and financial management is an important way to realize the effective control of parent and subsidiary companies.This paper aims at "based on reality,exploring practice and serving entity",and takes the financial management of parent and subsidiary company of enterprise group as the research object.In order to provide some guidance and cooperation for the practical work of the financial management of the parent-subsidiaries of the enterprise group in the future,the research methods such as analysis method,expert interview method and questionnaire method are carried out,and the financial management of the parent-subsidiaries of the enterprise group is systematically studied and analyzed.On the basis of fully understanding the current situation of JH Group's financial control and development,this paper further analyzes the financial problems existing within JH Group,mainly manifested in:the financial overall positioning is vague,the financial system execution is poor,and the lack of comprehensive financial control and supervision.The financial management responsibility of the department is not clear,the information caused by the low level of financial information is not smooth,the financial risk is complex and diverse,the efficiency of the use of funds is low,the management of funds is weak,and there are large risks and so on.Combining with the research results of domestic and foreign experts on financial control,according to the characteristics of financial management of the group company,the financial management is divided into six dimensions:accounting,fund management,total budget management,internal audit,financial personnel management and information management.These six aspects are regarded as the first-level index of the financial management control degree of the group company.Collect and explain the secondary indicators covered under each tier 1 indicator through expert interviews.Further,the importance of all the secondary indicators was evaluated by means of questionnaire,and the financial management control points of parent and subsidiary companies were sorted out in dimension by ranking the importance degree,forming 16 key control points,22 important control points and 15 general control points,which constituted the classification system of financial management control points of parent and subsidiary companies.Based on the financial management control point classification system,based on the analysis of the control point system,combined with the current situation of JH Group financial management,the financial management activities of JH Group's parent company carry on the responsibility division,form the JH group parent company financial management activity responsibility assignment table and put forward the six points optimization measures,provide the operational reference for the JH group's financial management practice.The innovation of this paper lies in the division of the responsibilities of the parent company by distinguishing the importance of the financial control points and the importance of the control points in the financial management of the parent company from the point of view of the parent company based on the development of the financial management of the parent company.The research of management also provides new ideas for management practice.
