With the reform of national cotton industry policy and the continuous development of international cotton industry pattern,the cotton industry,as a traditional industry,is facing great challenges and innovation opportunities.Since 2008,with the reform of cotton quality inspection system and the popularization and application of cotton mechanized picking,the cotton processing industry as a whole has improved greatly in terms of processing quality,processing technology,online monitoring,intelligent control and other aspects,forming a certain amount of technical accumulation.In recent years,with the introduction of industry 4.0,made in China 2025,intelligent manufacturing and other conceptual policies,as well as the development of the Internet,the application of Internet of things technology is rapidly permeating all walks of life.Traditional manufacturing enterprises are actively exploring the digitalization and intelligentization in all aspects of production.Cotton processing industry extensive processing industry characteristics,also gradually to pay attention to energy saving,efficient,intelligent control of the direction of development.At present,the domestic and foreign cotton price market competition is fierce,the domestic cotton processing market has been in the saturated state,cotton processing enterprises economic benefit pressure.Therefore,cotton processing enterprises should explore effective fiber recovery and utilization of waste materials in the process of cotton processing,so as to extend the cotton industry chain and improve the overall benefit of the cotton industry.However,due to the high impurity content in the waste material,the research on its related processing equipment and technology is far behind the lint processing.Backward processing equipment and technology,resulting in unstable benefits,frequent safety accidents.The contradiction between production cost control and economic benefit is outstanding.Therefore,this topic according to the current status of cotton processing industry,clear around recycling effective fiber in cotton out scraps from the machining process,the cotton fiber in the mote cleaning recycling equipment and technology is analyzed,according to the mote process characteristics and production management requirements,using the Internet of things technology breakthrough the advantages of automation and informatization depth fusion,combined with the ecological foundation of cloud,design a set of lightweight,practical monitoring and management system.Mainly do the following work:1.Analyze the current situation of cotton processing at home and abroad and the problems existing in the effective fiber recovery and utilization of waste materials under the current domestic cotton processing environment.Including the recent cotton processing technology theory and development trend of the relevant research,according to the corresponding technical theory,to study the effective fiber cleaning principle of waste material;Demand analysis was conducted for the effective fibers produced in combination with the upstream and downstream industries of cotton processing.It provides theoretical basis for the determination of key equipment performance parameters and process requirements.2.Analyze the existing problems in the processing and production of infertile seeds.According to the supply and demand characteristics of raw materials and products as well as the demand of standardized production,the matching selection of processing technology is analyzed.Design and optimize sterility seed processing process,design and improve the structure and control of key equipment.From the perspective of technology,control parameters were selected,automatic control design was carried out,and technological parameters were set according to the characteristics of infertile seed raw materials to improve the processing quality.3.Focus on the design of process monitoring and management system based on M2M framework for infertile seed processing.The monitoring adopts the mode of single machine and single control.The operation of the equipment is collected through the data acquisition terminal and directly uploaded to the cloud platform,so as to complete the hardware design of the cloud platform for signal acquisition and uploading,including model selection and data acquisition system design.Design the workflow of hardware and software.Preliminary completion of the cloud monitoring system design and cloud platform construction.4.According to the advantages of the cloud database,design a set of mechanism for monitoring infertility seed process,optimization of process parameters and recommendation of process strategy,and optimize the process to achieve the purpose of improving economic benefits.Through the above analysis and design work,this paper finally completed the application design of the cloud platform Internet technology in the cotton infertility seed fiber cleaning and recycling process.The design and optimization of the whole process control are carried out by means of the thinking of the Internet of things,and a set of lightweight,effective,practical,data-based and intelligent application methods are explored.This paper explores the mechanism of alarm and diagnosis by detecting the rate of change of equipment current and rotating speed,and designs the recommendation mechanism of processing strategy based on material information and process parameters.Based on the cloud platform,the application of automation,datalization,monitoring,evaluation and equipment management of infertility seed cleaning and processing technology is of great positive significance for the improvement of the cotton industry level,the extension of the industrial chain and the improvement of the overall economic benefit of the cotton industry.
