This paper takes GR company facing the problem of intergenerational inheritance as the research object.On the basis of relevant researches of domestic and foreign scholars and combining with the characteristics of private family businesses,this paper sorts out the current situation of GR company,analyzes and summarizes its problems in intergenerational inheritance,and tries to use analytic hierarchy process to select corporate successors scientifically.This paper mainly conducts research from the following three aspects:First,on the basis of consulting the literature related to the intergenerational inheritance of family business,this paper summarizes the views of scholars and defines the main concepts and relevant theoretical basis of the paper.The second is to sort out the status quo of GR company,extract and sort out the competency factors of the successors of the family business,establish a systematic hierarchical sub-structure,construct the indicator system for the selection of successors of GR company,and calculate the weight of the indicators at all levels in the system by combining the opinions of the incumbents,executives and experts.Through the evaluation of each indicator of the candidates,the most suitable successor is selected under the indicator system,and the direction and Suggestions for the future promotion of the successor are put forward.Third,according to the current situation of GR company,corresponding countermeasures are proposed for other problems existing in the intergenerational inheritance of GR company.Through research,this paper extracts and sorts out the indicator system for selecting successors of GR company,and selects the currently suitable one among the four candidates for successors.By comparing with the indicator system,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the successors.Finally,for the intergenerational inheritance of GR company,two generations and four stages inheritance mode are selected,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed for each stage.This study USES analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construct the model of successor selection,and proposes solutions and countermeasures,so as to play a certain reference role in the intergenerational inheritance of similar enterprises.
